The pool could use some maintence. There was chunks of concrete coming off on the sides. But all in all great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff. The street is noisey during the day but the beach is right in front of you. Walking distance to everything you need. If you drink coffee, brew it in your room. There is always a line for the one machine downstairs. A very beautiful place to stay.

Hotel was close to the beach and staff was quick to respond. Bathrooms could be cleaner (mold in grout and ceiling) and no ventilation in the bathroom. Rooms are small and retain a lot of humidity. Perfect location for the beach and area attractions

Great view for our short stay
We enjoyed our brief stay at Park Shore! It was incredible having an unobstructed view of the ocean and Diamond Head. The room was clean and serviced as anticipated. This is an older hotel so as long as you don’t mind that then it should be a good stay. The staff was friendly. It’s super convenient having ABC store connected to the lobby.

The staff was amazing! Caring, friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are a little dated but clean. I wasn’t there to hang out in the room. The location is very convenient to the beach.

Hotel room with ocean view was incredible. Friendly and accommodating staff. In perfect walking distance to beach and shopping. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only downside is you are close to the street, beach and other rooms so I wouldn’t say it’s quiet. During my stay there were protesters right outside the hotel yelling into a megaphone for 2 hours. I was able to hear it even after closing the door and going inside. I will still give the hotel 5 stars because it’s worth it. Would love to come back.

Customer service was top notch. The reason for my trip was my birthday. When i checked in the staff gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate. Allan in valet was a pleasure to be around. Always asking where we were going or what is on the agenda today? After a day he was calling me by name which made it a lot more personal. It was a nice touch. Location was great and Lulu's food is excellent!

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Valet parking was easy and convenient. The room was clean. The water pressure and hot water were excellent. Vouchers for meals at Lulu’s before 5 o'clock were very handy and well used. The restaurant staff were just as welcoming and helpful as the hotel staff. Food was very good and fresh. The view of the beach and the zoo’s banyan tree is unparalleled. Enjoyed several sunsets from dinner. Great stay! Will stay again.

Perfect location, especially if you're a surfer! But the hot water died on our second day which was a big negative. Otherwise the hotel was nicely done, we'll staffed and had everything we need. It might be a bit outdated but had a nice charm to it.

Park Shore Waikiki is a great location for just about anything you have planned for your trip. Service was great. Rooms clean. Ocean view was great from the tenth floor. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
