The location with beachfront, and the zoo across the street to the south. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor outdoors with a great view was excellent. The staff was professional with outstanding customer service.

Building is definitely aging, but the staff is excellent and the location is unbeatable. A remodel would be amazing, but would likely also increase the rental price.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Right by the water and walking distance to anything you could need or want. The hotel staff is excellent. They're all very kind and helpful and the guys working valet are always great. The lobby is gorgeous, but the rooms are small as are the beds. We reserved two queen beds for our family, but these are actually double beds and my husband and I barely fit in one bed. The mattresses and pillows aren't the most comfortable, but they work. With the rooms being so small, storage is extra tight. Overall the rooms leave a bit to be desired, but we didn't come to Hawaii to stay in our room, so this hotel is still worth it. We were happy with our stay.

Good location.

Everything was good.

When I stepped out of the elevator I knew I had made a mistake. This hotel is the best example of false advertising because the photos are deceiving. Here is a list of things wrong with Park Shore. 1. I showered upon arrival and was pleasantly surprised with a heart and some writing on the mirror, which let me know the mirror was only half way wiped clean from the guest prior. 2. The room furniture was chipped and paint peeling on walls. The bed sheets omg…plastic with a faint stench of urine. I chose to deal with these issues and compiled a list on my phone for my review. 3. On the third morning as I was brushing my teeth I noticed hundreds of white tiny crumbs then discovered they were termite droppings. I immediately asked to be moved to a different room, the desk rep didn’t have much sympathy and moved me to a new room making me feel like I was inconveniencing HIM. 4. First night in the new room my husband and I heard LOUD banging on the floor, which later proceeded to a metal balcony. I tried to fall asleep in hopes it would stop and it didn’t so I had to call the front desk. “We’ll, look into that, thanks” was about all I got. 5. On the fourth day we noticed police at the front desk and later saw a guest crying inconsolably. The front desk offered her a water bottle, she cried for about 15 mins then some man approached her and everything began to feel like a crime show. She just kept saying “I made a mistake, I made a mistake”… 6. The pool photos. Oh, so deceiving!

We loved our stay here. The staff was very nice and gave us an update because our room was too small for four people. We ended up having a room that faced the ocean and Diamond Head and the park nearby. We liked it so much that we booked three more days here. In the hotel there are also many filtered water stations which is great. The hotel is across the street from a wonderful beach, and a wave barrier wall provides a protected space for children to swim without concerns. There are also many nice shops and restaurants nearby. Don't miss the superb Japanese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Overall, awesome stay.

Seriously, what’s not to like? I had a king room on the 10th floor with the full Oceanview. The room was clean and most adequate. The staff was super friendly. The pool was lovely and they were always plenty of places to sit. Oh and did I mention the view, and how about the view,!! I’m almost hesitant to write too good a review because by doing so more people will find out about this hidden gem. Not sure why anybody would want to stay at those other hotels in the center of Waikiki.

The location is perfect considering it’s less expensive. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that our room didn’t have any seating other than the bed and a bench seat. It was because we were an efficiency but I probably would have paid more to get a room with chairs, especially for the deck.

The proximity to the beach

Walking distance to the ocean and very active community. Close by shopping and restaurants.

We stayed for just 1 night before flying home. Great location right next to the beach and zoo. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We loved the pool and deck overlooking the beach as well.

Great location in Waikiki. Great views of the ocean and diamondhead. Within walking distance of dozens of must eat at restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved that this hotel is the last hotel on the Waikiki Beach strip. We had a corner room view overlooking the ocean and the park and mountains.

Location of hotel and views from Room 915 were good. Room and bathroom dirty. Concierge was unfamiliar with local attraction's schedules. We wasted an entire day due to this. Hotel in need up upgrades and a good cleaning.

Great location and amenities. Had everything we needed to make traveling with 2 little ones easied.
