It was an amazing experience with this hotel. Clean, exceptional staff, excellent breakfast. Very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend the place outstanding team.

Resort fees are inappropriate.

4th time here & will definitely be back

All hiltons in the California area have breakfast included without getting charge a whole grip of $$$$ and they never charge for parking…. Never again with u guys…

Hilton Hawaii Village is in a great location with tons of dining and shopping options. However, customer service was less ideal. We were not given a wifi code upon check-in. When I called to request one the person on the other end of the line was extremely rude. Also no one on property seemed to know where the trolley and tour pickup locations were.

Great location!! Beautiful hotel

The property has really become run down. The grounds are always beautiful but the hotel itself is very rundown especially considering the price we paid to stay here. My family and I stayed in the Ali’i tower for 6 days recently. The rooms are cleaned daily but they are still very dirty. There was hair in our bathtub and shower when we arrived, I had to clean it out myself and was a little nervous about using the tub. Nothing ever seemed to be wiped down, only the beds made. There was a thick layer of dust everywhere! The bathroom was probably my biggest gripe. Everything really just needs a good scrub down and I don’t believe that’s a lot to ask for the premium price we are charged for that tower specifically. There was wood rot at the bottom of our bathroom door and overall it just seems they do not upkeep the rooms. There are plenty of food options on the grounds and around the hotel but be prepared to pay a hefty price tag for each meal at the hotel. That was to be expected so we ate most meals away from the hotel. Parking is outrageous! It’s very convenient to valet but it costs $75.00 a day to utilize valet. It was only 10 dollars cheaper to self park and parking is a away from the hotel so we bit the bullet and paid for valet. I was very shocked at the price seeing as tipping is also expected. Overall, I will not be staying at this resort moving forward. We still had a wonderful time but for the price in my opinion, it is not worth it.

Homeless people sleeping on the beach, room was not clean

We essentially had no access to and from our room for the last 4 days of our stay. We could not access elevators without an extremely long wait. Sometimes up to 30 minutes. Having a disability prevented us using the stairs since we were on the 12th floor.

We went 3 days without hot water only to be told that we needed to let the water run a while. The Hilton's message on their TV was to conserve water as much as possible then we were expected to run the water for over 15 minutes before getting hot water. What a waste!! We were disgusted. The Diamond Head tower is old and in need of updating.

Overrated, expensive and old property.

It is sooo expensive and to much extra charge valet fee per day 75 tax …when I check out the day I get invoice $700 more ..what the … I looked at the invoice again and recalculated, but they added 2 more days to the valet parking price. I don't understand. I must have entered the date of my stay on the computer, but how did the calculation come out wrong? When I first complained, the woman at the desk.. They said it was right and not a smile face like angry..We ate and went back to the hotel and re correction If I didn't have time and I didn't care I didn’t come back we are would lose that money. So bad service

The ocean was right in front of our hotel there by giving us some stunning views! The staff was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to the tours & activities desk who assisted in planning our day to day activities smoothly. The pools, park, dining areas were amazing.

This Hilton is actually my favorite hotel in Honolulu - it's location is a bit far (20 minute walk or so) from other Waikiki hotels but you can walk along the beach for most of it. The beach near the Hilton isn't crowded which is nice. The employees were great, as usual. However, we stayed in the Rainbow Tower and it is a bit dated - the elevators broke twice during our stay, including when we were on our way to check out. The room had a fair amount of damage and is in need of a renovation. We checked in using the app and changed to a room on the 28F, even though we basically booked the cheapest room (and got a great view on the 28F).

No hot water in shower. Toilet was stuck running. Really expensive "resort fee"

I thought this hotel was average at best, and that was due to what I thought was excessive resort fees and parking fees. For some of your plan is to spend a majority of your time at the hotel site maybe you would get better value for your money, but for those like my self that use this place as purely a place to stay while you spend your days away exploring the island the fees were too high $600 for five nights on top of what you originally pay to book. Add that to the inconvenience of construction closing half of the elevators it made for a crowded, noisy and unpleasant stay.
