We loved all the little shops, how close the beach was and the beautiful views! The parking should be free, at check in we found out between parking and resort fees we would be paying another 100 a night! Not Cool!

The staff was friendly. Rooms only cleaned on request and had to wait a day to get the room cleaned.

When we arrived our room was dirty! Ball of hair in the corner of the bathroom, hair in the bathtub and the mirrors were dirty. We checked in late, so didn’t want to call and complain. In the morning we asked that our room be properly cleaned. We were told we needed to book it 24 hours in advance. Which is ridiculous since the room was not clean to start. So 48 hours later they came to clean the room. We left a tip on the bed and still nothing change. Mirror was still filthy, ball of hair remained on the floor. Basically they changed the sheets and towels. If you need towels you have to call, no one answered the phone. We waited on hold for 20 minutes. NONE of the staff were friendly, the resort was not clean, besides the gym nothing was maintained to covid standards. We made the move to the Sheraton after our week stay and the difference is night and day. The Sheraton staff were friendly and informative. The room was CLEAN they provide daily housekeeping without asking. This was the WORSE hotel experience hands down. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly staff and explained everything we asked.

The first room I checked into was terrible it was dirty and had a odor and was damaged then I ask to speak to a manager I was moved to a different room it took time out of my trip that I didn’t have time for the next room I was moved to didn’t have hot water me and my children had to take cold showers I addressed it again with a manager he didn’t do anything about it I do not suggest staying at the Hilton Hawaiian village it’s terrible

Booked property based on (3) major reasons: 1) in all of my previous travels and as a Hilton Honors member, Hilton has always provided me with a good value and excellent service; 2) the Friday fireworks display on the beach (which i planned my excursions and weekend dining around); and 3) the advertised wide selection of dining and libation amenities on the property. What I discovered upon arrival was antithetical to the above expectations: 1) housekeeping not performing routine daily room cleanings and having to ask on multiple occasions for a service to be performed; 2) friday fireworks canceled without any notice upon check in of change in event scheduling; luau booked through entirety of my 10 day stay with no advance notice of need for far advanced booking; many of the hotel owned restaurants shuttered due to covid and/or for renovations without advanced notice of reduction in dining and libation amenities. Additionally, we were told by a receptionist at our front desk thatour hotel bar would be open for the weekend (in light of a government mandated closure of all bars 2/2 covid); but his turned out to be untrue and we spent our days providing our own bartending services in our hotel room courtesy of the numerous ABC stores on the island. In summation, Hawaii is a majestic place that never disappoints. Oahu and her welcoming people made the trip worth it. However, when i return i would seriously consider another hotel option as hilton missed the mark.

A little expensive for what it is but overall is a good value

Good hotel l, clean and nice.. love the pools and the ocean water is perfect

It was right on the beach and located close to ammenities!

The Covid Nonsense at this resort is insane. You can sit at the beach right next to someone, but no hot tub. I love sitting in the hot tub at night but that was closed. Then the lines to get on the elevator were also insane. They only allow 4 at a time. We all had to get negative tests to go to Hawaii.

Large and beautiful resort, beachfront with a lagoon and lots of different pools. Family friendly. But the resort was so large and so many hotel towers, with not enough staff and hotel restaurants open still due to Covid. Only the on-site non Hilton restaurants were available and super busy and some needed reservations, or wait time is long. Spring break was super busy and crowded for this resort. I can only imagine when it returns to normal how much busier/crowded it can be. Hopefully they can fully staff by then.
