We loved everything from the room, our balcony that overlooked the ocean and resort, all the pool's were awesome! The lagoon was also really cool and offered all kinds of rentals for different water activities.

Although we were busy most of our trip, it was always nice to walk on to the property. It just felt good. We especially were thankful for the hospitality suite they let us use after we checked out which allowed us to shower and change before traveling home. All and all a great experience at a well run facility. The staff were nothing but nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent for family vacation, great location and views

Really really big, just didn’t have that “Hawaiian” feel. The staff was great, facilities seem kind of run down.

Air conditioner would not cool room .. we ran it full cold and sweated all night .. second night had to take cold shower to sleep in that room .. sink was slow to drain so you could not use it or it would fill up and stay full for hours .. Shower was hot some times but cold most times .. did not mater time of day .. Location is good .. Not worth the money .. to many nice remodel and new hotels in area to pay that price .. Room was old and need a remodel..

Very clean , we felt welcomed. The staff very professional .

We enjoyed the stay at Hilton resort. Only concern is the outrageous prices of resort fees and parking fees. If your renting a car, add $45 daily to ur rental since they charge that per day. Not worth renting a car during ur stay here. Cheaper to uber/Lyft or taxi

Everything you need is just a short walk away. Their amenities are awesone. The only issue was the $45/day resort fee plus $42/day parking fee. With so many nights there it got so expensive! Well that is Hawaii so no worries. The place was really nice though.

all the amenities, the staff was very helpful, the access to shops and restaurants

It is a very nice resort property. Well maintained and has an exclusive feel to it. Great restaurants and ice cream parlor on site. I would say it is a 3/4 star resort feel to it. Nice pool area and on a beach. Great walking distance to a very active, high end part of Waikiki too Negatives were the ridiculous prices. Resort fee of $45, parking fee over $50 per night. You will pay resort fees and parking nightly over $100. Also, breakfast buffet was very average and cost family of 3 over $150. Be prepared to get super gouged. This is not a cheap trip at all. Also property is extremely crowded. Waikiki Beach not the best either, but the property overall is very nice.

Looks a little dated. Over all not bad. Needs more colors in lobbies

Pools were all cold. Very overcrowded. All lounges were reserved from early morning.

Great location with a gorgeous beach and good pools but the dining options are limited and are disappointing considering the premium pricing. The beds are terribly small and uncomfortable and the rooms are loud (can hear every little noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms).
