The resort was a very short walk to Waikiki beach, restaurants and shopping.

I had some mail sent out that was lost for a couple of days .. and all of the sudden it magically appears . I asked for them to clean my room and somehow they forgot so I had to call and remind them the next day. very poor communication on their end

Everything was great except for one of the bartenders/cocktail waitress (long hair) ponytail, was very rude, unprofessional, had no customer service skills, no eye contact much less spoke to you like you weren't even there. Unbelievable!!!

Located close to different types of food & shopping. Staff was very friendly & went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

I was never informed that the elevator was shut down for maintenancr. I could have missed my ride to airport

The staff make you feel like home especially Debra and Patty in the Pikake Lanai. When management talks about Valued Employees, they're talking about Debra, Patty, the housekeeping staff, and the rest of the long-time staff at this "feels like home" property.

Some staff not friendly, no smiles, not helpful in sharing useful information. You ask a question get an answer and next is the attitude. It's those staff members that ruin the better staff from receiving a WOW experience. It's the some that need to be re-trained to deliver superior service constantly and continuously.

Loved the Splash Bar! Hotel location is perfect and hotel is easy to get in and out of.

The location of the property was great, right across the street from the beach. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the towels were replaced with cleaned towels after 4 days which I stayed 7 days. The parking fee and resort fee is a bit ridiculous.

Pros...i like the location and staff was very friendly. The cons...The shower had very low water pressure. Elevators always had problems. No valet parking. Ni elevator fir the parking lot.

I dont need to pay 34.40 per day for so called resort fee to get me 2 bottles of water each day , i can buy my own water ,,

We were quite unhappy with our room so a woman at the front desk moved us to a better room with a better view. We have a one year old so it made a massive difference to our trip since we slent so much time in our room. This is our second time at this hotel and there will for sure be a 3rd! THANK YOU SHERATON PRINCESS KAIULANI!!

Just totally enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Loved the continuous music.

.Very clean and well kept to the Max Very close to every thing if you don't have a car.

Plusses: 1) the staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful; 2) the room was recently refurbished, in good condition and clean; 3) there was great hot water in the bathroom; 4) it was centrally located to shopping, restaurants and the beach; and 5) the bed was comfortable except for too soft pillows. Downsides: 1) only one elevator was operational in the front wing, resulting in delays often of 8-10 minutes; 2) the room was rather small (two people couldn't pass each other between the bed and dresser); 3) our room faced the parking and supply portico, which was noisy with trucks early in the morning; 4) no spa or jacuzzi on site; and 5) there were anyone banging on metal sounds at 2:30am.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The proximity to the beach was a bonus.
