Scammer ! When I arrived they charged me the price that I booked on Expedia but 3 days later I noticed a 350$CA transaction from the hotel ! I asked the front desk they said its the 42$US a day fees for activities, yoga, ukulele lesson … I said sorry but I didnt agree for that ! i didnt fly here for ukulele lesson 😎 They never refund me ! I stopped spending money at the hotel for food and drinks because of it ! My room was in the part that is not renovated very loud noise from the construction building across the street ! I would heard all my neighbor like they are in my room ! The second night my door handle broke I had a panick attack because I could not get out the room ! I used the phone to contact them and they sent guys to come fixed it ! The only positive point about the hotel is the location and the cleaning staff ! The cleaning staff are really nice and they always make sure yoi dont miss anything !

It was great just wish the thermometer worked to actually give heat at night And it would be GREAT to have an actual COTTON ROBE... everyone is not able to wear POLYESTER... really cheap of the Sheraton

Renovated room was great, very tidy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location was 10/10. Lifts were quick. Activities at the hotel were great, lots to choose from - just remember to book as places are limited. Pool is not heated and mostly quite deep. Balcony / lanai was small and very noisy from the street / aircon outlets below.

We had a great time at the property around New Years. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the building is dated, it’s been kept up very well and was very clean. The pool was excellent. There was also live entertainment almost every day. Another highlight was access to some of the facilities at the Moana Surfrider across from the facility, particularly the breakfast buffet which we enjoyed quite a bit for a few days in a row. But the highlight of the visit was just being able to enjoy the beautiful Waikiki weather and ocean view from our balcony. On New Years Eve it felt like the fireworks were meant just for us, it was magical.

The room was relatively clean but I wished they did a better job dusting. The shower water pressure was weak. Otherwise, the hotel is one of my favorites in Waikiki. Great location and friendly staff. The fire alarm went off at 2am and we all had to evacuate. However it was a false alarm.

Ocean view pretty good view but the rooms are old. Great overall, pool tables and ping pong tables available as well, just no included breakfast.

Location of this resort is amazing but the resort per se,rooms,facilities are nothing in comparison to the other resorts around. We stayed at Prince Waikīkī for the first couple of days and then came to stay at Sheraton for just one day towards the end and the kids absolutely felt the difference.Way too high priced for the service they offer .
