Hotel, staff, and room were amazing. Friendly service all around, clean rooms, just wish the parking elevator was easier to find (or maybe my brain wasn't comprehending the signs well enough). Knew the hotel was in a very convenient location, but didn't realize how convenient it really is. Very short access to international market place mall, Target Waikiki, and lots, lots , lots of food options nearby. You can easily walk to so many shopping and restaurant destinations. Highly recommend this hotel, and hope to be back sometime.

Some things to like ( helpful staff, great location), but two noise-related issues. One - the wall between rooms seemed paper thin. I could hear the conversation in the next room. Two — there’s a karaoke set-upon the street that went until 10 pm (got back to my room around 9 pm).

The room was on the small side but was very clean and updated. The lanai was nice. We had a city view but, we lucked out, and got a partial ocean view. The staff was amazing.

Great location (accross the street from Waikiki beach) high end designer shops in walking distance, Great stay, great customer service however bathrooms were very small and outdated.
