Whilst some staff were very friendly, some were definitely not. In addition the housekeeping for our room was terrible. We requested on multiple days via them and the front desk simple missing items (shower gel, certain towels, etc) which they consistently failed to deliver to the point we bought them ourselves. Multiple items in the room were clearly never cleaned, the TV (which we never used) had a very obvious dirty smear across it which remained our entire stay. We also had to request that a pile of dirty towels and bags of rubbish were removed from the corridor outside our room after they had been there more than a day.

Shower had lots of hair in it when we arrived. Made staff aware of condition, they didn't address. We finally cleaned shower ourselves. There was NO HOT WATER our entire 6 days. Brought to front desk staff attention on first morning. Nothing got fixed. Hard to get sunscreen off with only cold water. TV in adjoining room was on for over 2 straight days. Asked staff if occupants could reduce the volume during the night. Turns out room was empty and nobody checked on it until we said something.

We had a very beautiful ocean view room, the room was very clean, the property is very beautiful. We played pickleball and rented their snorkeling equipment. They have everything we needed. Good value. You got to pay for parking though.

The grounds surrounding the Outrigger are stunning. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The resort is located in close proximity to many attractions to include walking distance.

We loved our room - we had ocean/poolside room. As mid30 adults, we had a blast using the water slide. Although we didn’t take advantage of a lot of the amenities, it’s good to know that they have a detailed schedule of events throughout the day to make sure their guests are taken care of. My fiancé and I did the manta ray night swim and it was conveniently in walking distance and I would definitely recommend adding this to your itinerary!! Overall, pleasant and relaxing experience for my birthday weekend. Thank you so much!
