Nice location. Friendly staff. Easy parking. breakfast usually ran out of the popular items within 45min-1h. Can head people upstairs walking very loudly. Did not have enough quarters for laundry (shouldn't they expect people to need quarters?)

Limited parking at hotel $10 per day and also nearby to visit restaurants and shopping; was able to park and walk to restaurants

Really really nice property with extra helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast excellent.

Our room was actually larger than expected and very clean, so no complaints on that. The location is great for walking around town to shops and restaurants which is good because parking in some areas of town is difficult. The biggest negative was an AC system that seemed to barely work….we had to routinely cycle it on and off to get any cool air. The elevator is painfully slow, so plan on taking stairs. The parking lot can be a bit of a cluster as the spaces are too small and at peak capacity there’s not enough parking. Be warned, there’s a significant homeless and drug addicted population wandering around the hotel and town. Most are harmless, but a few are aggressive and hostile.

staff was ecxcellent. convient area

Eh, it’s just okay. If I had paid $160-170 it would have received more but paying my $330 to stay at a holiday inn- then it’s just okay. The other factor bringing their rating down - there is absolutely no sound proofing between floors- you you get the added privilege of hearing everything above you! In my instance it was a herd of Buffalo migrating the plains starting at 4:45 am and not ending until 6:15.

I had to get a room in an extreme emergency (missed flight) and was charged $435 for a room that smelled like mold, had mold on the shower head, mold on the window frame, and the chaise in there was stained and had what appeared to be moldy spots. I've spent cleaner nights in a $50 Motel 6 room.

Absolutely horrible. We checked in at 12:30am after traveling and the sheets on our bed were dirty. I pulled the covers back and the sheets were stained, there were pieces of stuff in the bed, and they smelled like a person had slept in them for a few days. The room smelled like mildew as well. The sink had toothpaste on it and hair. I had to call and have new bedding brought up (which they were out of) so the sweet guy at the front desk brought me everything he could round up and we had a makeshift bed for a night. We stayed for 4 nights and the bed just felt wet every night. I don’t know if the mattress got soaked one day and it never properly aired out. It was just gross. The breakfast was so-so, had “cheese omelets” one morning but it was just Velveeta cheese :/. I would never ever stay here again and for $250.00 a night I would expect way better. The only good thing is the location, but I would stay someplace else. I’m bummed to have to write such a bad review, but it was horrible unfortunately.

The hotel is in good shape inside & out. Location is within walking distance of good eating. We were not happy with our room location - right next to facility laundry services. Since it was raining 4 out of the 7 nights because of a Kona low, we heard the big washers & dryers, staff chat & laughter, radio, and water running during the day. We would suggest you request to change rooms if you get room 132. Overall staff are friendly and efficient. One hiccup was when I asked where I can leave our trashcan so it could be emptied, the front desk told me to take it out to the large trash bin in the parking lot to empty. In addition, our room was never cleaned even though some paperwork the hotel provided said it would be cleaned every 5 days. Finally most mornings, there were not tables available to eat breakfast in the dining area so we took our trays back to our room. Still overall it was definitely a good value for us.

Rick made our stay feel like we were at home. He was so kind and helpful! When we return, we will be staying there again and again and again!

Convenient stay fairly close to the airport

Comfortable rooms.

Wonderful little hotel in a great location. Quiet relatively inexpensive! Easy going staff but still very professional.

We stayed here for our last night in Hawaii after returning from Hilo. The lady working at the check in desk was so nice. She heard our kids talking about wanting to swim in the pool and did everything she could to get them a pool time. They loved it! The room was clean, had everything we needed. The Keurig even had tea which I don’t usually find. We were very happy with our stay!

I love the the location and the cleanliness of the property.

This was a pleasant hotel in a convenient location. There were a few noisy partiers but the staff shut one down when I called. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing with only limited high sugar, carb options.

Thank you for taking the time to share your candid review with us, and we sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations on so many levels. We hear your disappointments and concerns about the cleanliness of our rooms and we are very saddened and embarrassed by it. There should never be any reason why we can't have clean and sparkling rooms. We should not have rented this room out in the condition described or missed this during our inspection process. We can absolutely improve this right now, thank you for sharing your experience. Sincerely,
