Customer service was amazing! Our room and the facility was neat and clean. After travel for almost 23 hours with a 6 hour time change, I was disappointed that there was no elevator, and our room was on the 3rd floor. Staff was gracious to carry our luggage up to our room. Shopping & other dining options are a short walk.

One night stay before we were able to get entry to our rental property the following day. Room was nice enough, though a bit tired. Windows had a gap so we heard the bin men early in the morning and traffic etc. Would not stay again.

The Wayfinder exceeded our expectations ensuring we had a fantastic stay. The room was tastefully renovated and very comfortable. The hotel amenities + facilities were great and very convenient. Top this all off with a bunch small welcome touches to make sure you have a warm experience that truly were valuable to us. I found the valet only parking was a bit pricey, but the staff were very kind and professional. Overall I would gladly recommend the Wayfinder Waikīkī to any type of traveller!
