I loved everything about this property - it’s got a great vibe, fantastic food options (coffee shop in the am, great poolside bar and small bites, and a truly delicious restaurant open for all meals) and the staff is great, all around. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! The pool is really cool and the perfect spot for the afternoons with a cocktail and a book or a quick dip.

Pleasant stay!

Wonderful and friendly staff throughout my stay. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and appreciated the complimentary snacks, shower products, and amenities. Hotel haas a nice pool area with quality loungers. The hotel location is convenient. It’s an easy walk to the beach and nearby shopping.

Room was very nice, great balcony. Issue- we booked this room specifically because it offered valet parking, d/t some health issues with my spouse our mobility is limited. When we arrived at hotel we were told valet was full and we had to find our own parking offsite. We had to unload all our luggage take up to room and then (because it was 11pm and my husband didn’t want me to walk around by myself after dark, we went to find parking. We had to pay $60 and walk 6 blocks back to hotel. It was very challenging for him. Totally disappointed in the lack of customer service related to this.

Property was clean and nice friendly environment. Close to walking around Waikiki main strip, local shops and street food. Didn't like the smell of weed coming into our room from who knows where? But that seems to be happening everywhere nowadays!
