Nice hotel, delay getting into our room on arrival as we arrived early on an overnight flight. No attempt at getting a room ready earlier than 3 pm. I had to ask for the bottle of wine, we recieved it the last night of our stay which was nice. Pool & hot tub area was nice as was the pool bar and restaurant. Nice staff. Comfortable bed, clean and quirky room. Cafe was good for breakfast but not included. Only one lift operating which was ok but during busy periods there was a shortish wait. All in we enjoyed our stay.

I like the hotel the property service downstairs at the restaurant could’ve been a little better. The only disappointing part was no microwave or coffee pot in the rooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there very much friendly staff very friendly staff outstanding.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Wayfinder for 10 days. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful in our transition between rooms (we booked two seperate categories) and made it seemless. In our second room, a penthouse suite, staff helped with the noise from the elevators. Sue to the room design, and age of elevators, there was not much that could be done. However, the hotel kindly offered to transfer us to a different room and gave us complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay. The penthouse suite was well appointed and had an amazing patio with ocean views. The only downside was the noise from the elevators. For those who are not bothered by a noisier room, or not traveling with young children, the suite is a good option. For those who would prefer a quieter room or traveling with younger children, we highly recommend the pool house rooms for their quiet location, spaciousness and proximity to the pool. We plan on coming back!

Everything was great. There was a mix up about parking our rental car. So we had to return the, they told us we could park 5 blocks away and pay for parking but it was pouring down rain.. we just returned the car. They knew we were slightly upset so they gave us a credit on our bill.

Habitación con lavado de cara estético pero tiene un problema grave, el ruido. La ventanas son muy finas y se oye todo el ruido del exterior, y también del pasillo (estaba la máquina de hielo que hace un estruendo enorme justo enfrente). Imaginaos como será, que nos dejaban cada noche como amenity tapones para los oídos en la habitación. Ma cama es cómoda y la piscina maravillosa, bien ubicado cerca de la playa. El parking muy caro, 49$ por noche, por la zona se encuentran desde 30$. El restaurante del hotel tiene muy buenos pokes
