The location of this property is absolutely amazing, and walkable to everything in Waikiki. The staff were consistently responsive and kind, answering all of our questions and taking care of our needs throughout our stay. The room was clean, but unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock—and the shower was very small. The kitchen, including the stove, and other furnishings definitely need updating. While the property has great potential, some improvements are needed to match the fantastic location and service.

This place is old, certainly dirty. My room had ants running around the bathroom and they could not get rid of them. They migrated to the clothes hanging area, there is no wardrobe. I bought my own spray and eradicated them. No kettle in room. "Free" coffee in lobby till 11am whoopee!

Staff are not friendly. Guests are not allowed to use the other swimming pool when asked, as well the staff said they don’t speak Tagalog but once we left they started speaking inTagalog.

Nice grounds, nice staff. Outside appearance was good and well kept. Inside room condition was very worn out and badly needs updating. Good bed, lousy couch. Very rough around the edges with the paint and trim work. Bathroom was very beat up, but everything was functional.

Worst hotel experience ever. The supervisor was unbelievably rude and unprofessional — zero respect for guests. On top of that, they try to rip you off by charging $150 plus tax for a lost key, claiming they have to replace the whole lock. The place feels unsafe, badly managed, and like a total scam. Trust me, don’t waste your money here.

I must start off by saying this is the second time I stay here and I love this hotel! I love how you can easily walk to Wakiki beach , very safe , quiet , and spacious! Friendly staff. We had a stove , counter ,microwave ,full size fridge in our room , and huge closet space , and a nice size back porch. ABC store right across the street! I look forward to booking this hotel next trip as well! 5+ stars!

This was the worst hotel ibe ever stayed in. After one night we immediately called Expedia to change hotels which they helped out. They lied about charges ( amenities include coffe if you can get a cup thats it!) $35-40 a night! They were rude and the place is DIRTY and unsafe
