Old gross like motel 6 I wish I hadn’t had to stay there it was also loud, very loud all night.

I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a convenient stay close to Waikiki Beach

There is a restaurant in the courtyard which was convenient. The rooms are old dorms so they have a fridge and stove to cook. We never used them just the microwave. Beach and shopping centers are within walking distance. FYI There is a ~$22 charge per day. They call it an amenity fee and room service only comes every three days.

It’s dirty Curtains has molds No iron and this place needs to renovate

Very close to the beach and central area.It it pretty spacious and has a pretty good size fridge and a place to cook. The towels and sheets are clean and the front desk are professional and they provide beach towels which is every convenient . What could be improved is: carpet should be cleaned once in a while or even replaced with the profesional vinyl which can be properly cleaned, the sofa should be cleaned before it turns from green to brown, the cleaning ladies should pay more attention at their job and do the cleaning properly since it’s done anyways every four days , the administration should replace once in a while the rusted shower rings for the curtain and the curtain should not be cut in half. The place has a pool but I would not dare to go in. I saw the pool guy “ cleaning the pool”. He should invest more time and patience in cleaning properly the pool walls not just do a mediocre job .Also the front desk should keep guests bags after they check out even for a small fee. Nobody enjoys carrying suitcases all over the place from 11 am checking time until their flight departure date . Since it’s cheaper and close to the ocean It is more convenient than other places but it would be nice to see that some attention is being paid to the confort and well being of the guest at a minimum expense.

nice average rated accomodations for the price paid

Great location, horrible place to sleep

This place was a good place to stay at, no complaints.

Small room between biggest buildings ,love it Watching homeless around here , don’t like it

Because of a housing situation with the US Army I paid for this room for my granddaughter and her husband. It was $96 a night - reasonable - I thought until after I made the reservation. Because I was paying for my granddaughter I had to fill out an authorization for my credit card. Along with this form was a letter which outlined a number of fees which was to be collected at sign in at the desk which were not disclosed anywhere at the time I made the reservation. Also the room had bugs crawling up and down the bathroom walls, the air-conditioner leaked down the wall the they had to keep towels underneath it, there is visible mold in and around the shower and on the shower curtain, the faucet on the bathroom is not fastened to the sink, and the inside of the microwave was not cleaned well. I am so upset that you would advertise this hotel and charge approximately $1500 counting all the extra fees charged at check-in and have a room that was sub-standard at best. My granddaughter did say the people who worked there were very nice, but the room was a joke. People outside screaming and making loud noise at all hours of the night and no one at the front desk to talk to about it. Not a good experience. I think it is overpriced and you owe me a refund for this sad experience. I will certainly not be leaving a good review on Orbitz or the website of this hotel. If you want, I can send you photographs of all the things I mentioned that were wrong in the room.

Clean room , clean towels, clean sheets.Great location , great price. Not so great the nasty carpet which hosted a bunch of small ants that climbed into our sheets and into my suitcases ...

I love how friendly they are and I’m definitely staying there again!

We loved that the property was clean, quiet and close to the beach. We liked the security of locked gates from 8pm to 8 am. The property was old and the sink faucet in our bathroom was very loose. The plugs in the bathroom did not work, and I would have liked to have a hairdryer provided. Also, I asked for a room with two beds the week before we arrived, but they would not change it from a king size bed which was on the reservation. The lock box for after hours check in was difficult to open. It would have been nice not to have to pay $35.00 plus tax for a late check out (only two hours...) We spent extra hours at the airport to catch our red eye home. Overall we had a lovely stay, and the lower ratings were because of the age in the room and no free late check out. The personnel and upkeep of the property were excellent.

It was OK for the price I paid. Close to the beach, ABC Store, lots of shopping and restaurants.

PARKING WAS TOO FAR AWAY! The Property was very Run Down !

Aloha Donald, please accept my apologies for the inconveniences you encountered. The experience you described falls far short of our high standards and of the expectations our guests have. The loud noise happened during your 1 nights stay is the Waikiki Fireworks that happens every Friday night. Mahalo!
