Staff was nice but the pictures didn’t represent the property well. It was in a sketchy area of town with homeless everywhere. The cleaning was subpar with ants and hair in the sheets and black marks on the towels. I would not Recommend.

The stay was good nothing fancy but definitely worth it the room was out dated but if your looking to sleep and shower this is your spot plus price wise its a no brainer also you have free parking which is what sold me. But if your sensitive and everything needs to be top notch this anit for you. But all in all im very happy i would definitely come here again.

the staff was nice. Our room not so much. There was a weird hole like patch on our door and a burnt cigarrette butt at the bottom of our sheets. If I didnt have my son there with me, I would ve felt very unsafe. Smokers were all arouynd the outside of the bldg which defeats the purpose of choosing a non smoking hotel. It was nice that there was a dryer for our soked clothes- not gr8 no breakfast buy options of any sort. thanks.

I gave 3 stars because the staff was amazing. But overall, the room just needs to be more presentable. The interior needs major renovation. The security deposit was just a bit too much for such a hotel, leaving me with the impression that the hotel will be somewhat in presentable condition. But just needed to point out what the owner already knows. Other than that, the lady who checked us in was amazing. Sweet lady. I wasn't there on vacation, so that's why I was okay with the stay. But I really wanted to opt out and cancel my reservation on go to another one. Hope that makes sense.

The room was in poor shape- the bathroom vent was full of visible mold, silicon caulk was roughly smeared on fixtures, the shelving was unbalanced, the towel bar was haphazardly affixed to the wall. There was a gap under the front door and everything felt old. The shuttle took longer than was communicated to us.

Staff was friendly, rooms affordable and clean, location very practical. One star down as the maintenance of the room needed some help. The air conditioner was a torrent of water dripping down. All in all, will stay again. Thrifty Hawaiian nights.
