Property was very busy, lot to do around the property no need to go far at all! Place was cleaned daily very well and all of the hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful…. Very happy with our stay at this mariottt! Will visit again soon hopefully…

Parking is terrible, there is no resort but charging resort fees. Car Entry access is not good . Suddenly room key will not function. In the room you will not get water, you need to bring it.
Lilly, maid was Wonderful! Marriot hosted Corporate event and allowed the event to monopolize the resort for 4 days!! Very poor representation of what they "say" they will provide

The view of the ocean and diamond head was beautiful. The rooms were renovated nicely. The bedding was okay but could use firmer pillows and warmer blankets.
I like the view and the spacious room. Service in the restaurant for breakfast was okay, but the waitress didn't understand and she charged our meal to the room when we gave her our credit card and asked her to charge it to the credit card but she didn't. I will check my credit card and see if she also charged the card. The resort fees are ridiculously high.
I have been to Hawaii 4 times and never have i encountered staff as rude as in this place. Especially the front desk ladies. Very rude and careless. I tried to avoid that front desk as much as possible and they give you wrong info. When checking out make sure you check receipt, they will over charge you. The housekeeping ladies are amazing! They do a great job cleaning and are so sweet!
