Tried two of the restaurants and they weren’t that great. Also didn’t get the room I booked and it didn’t have availability. There’s a resort fee that I didn’t notice until after it was booked.

Hotel Room Issue

Hotel was clean, friendly staff and steps from the beach. Downside, went to room they gave us and there was someone sleeping in there at 4:00pm. Went back to the desk and was told they forgot that person requested late check out.instead of waiting for the person to leave and clean the room for us to then use they Said they were at 100% capacity so all they could do was put us on the 32nd floor and give us a double bed instead of the king size bed we reserved months in advance. My husband is 6’3 and needless to say the bed didn’t work for 2 of us. Pillows are horrible. All they said they could do for us was comp us 2 days of the $50 a day resort fee on the day we arrived and day we left, the 2 days we wouldn’t be able to use any hotel amenities. Also don’t feel the $48 a person breakfast buffet is worth it.

Beautiful resort, always has activities and good food at the resort and in walking distance. Super friendly staff always willing to help. Very good location, easy access to the beach (busy as expected). Would stay there again easily.

This hotel is in the heart of everything in Waikiki. Close to dining and shopping and across the street from a wonderful beach. The room was very nice.

Came here for our honeymoon. This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Waikiki we fell in love with! The location is perfect next to the beach, the staff is super friendly, and the amenities are on point! Love the ABC store! Will be traveling back to this this Marriott!

The rooms are spacious and clean. The balcony view was absolutely breathtaking—ocean, sunsets, and palm trees created the perfect vacation atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels and linens provided daily.
