The hotel was in really bad shape, the balcony was literally locked and we were forbidden to use it as it was falling off, they did nit clean our room for days even after I complain with the reception for days, the breakfast is very low quality. At our arrival with luggage and kids the staff member just came running telling us we could not stop the car and unload the luggage and kick us out. Over all pretty bad only good point it is very well located

I booked this hotel with Expedia for 2 nights Jan 15 and 16th. Our flight got cancelled and we had to stay at sandeigo airport night of Jan 15. I called Expedia to cancel the one night but the hotel said I would have to cancel both nights in that case. I asked Expedia not to cancel since I did not want to get stuck without a hotel. Went to Marriott Waikiki beach resort at around 4.30 pm on Jan 16 and found out that the booking was canceled and we had no room. The manager said at first the hotel was full but then he magically came up with a room and charged us the same price for one night and said he could only waive the resort fee. I had asked Expedia not to cancel but looks like the hotel wanted to make more money and canceled our booking and probably made double out of my booking. Will not stay there again no consideration for us since it was not our fault the airline canceled and we were stuck.

The hotel staff was professional and friendly, there were many amenities to choose and enjoy, the room was spotless and looked exactly like the photo, the location was wonderful with access to everything.
