I think it's a great place for the price. It's close to the beach, property is clean and staff are friendly. We didn't have any issue with leaving our things first day since we arrived too early for check in.

It’s a convenient property. The front desk staff is nice and friendly. Don’t expect tv (basic hotel tv, hasn’t worked in years and they blame direct tv though not sure if it because they didn’t pay their direct tv bill). Best amenity is the Wang Chung’s bar in the lobby. If it wasn’t there I probably would stay somewhere else. There was someone else’s hair on tub walls I noticed while showering so I made sure not to touch walls. They had shampoo and body wash in dispensers which was good. They did come and give new towels and made our bed during second day which was nice. I paid the resort fee though I didn’t use any of the benefits. They have sanitizer next to the single elevator on every floor which is good for COVID reasons.

It was inexpensive and I didnt really have very high expectations. Just needed a place to stay while I was in Honolulu for work. Not really any amenities other then wifi, which didn't even work in my room--and that was the one ammenity I needed.

This place was centrally located in Waikiki and close to the beach. So that was nice. But nothing fancy about this place at all.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. I love Kitty from front desk, she made us feel like family.

We like the location. The hotel is on the old side, however its safe, pricing is ok and the resort fee is lower than most places. However, Parking fees are outrageous!

Property was not at all as advertised. Not in a safe area, have to park in a deck away from the hotel and then walk through a bad part of town. Karaoke bar in the lobby is incredibly loud. Rooms have window units for air conditioning that barely work. Bathroom was small and dirty, carpet and curtains also seemed filthy. One single outlet in the room to charge electronics with. Doors to rooms open onto an outdoor balcony hallway and have no manual lock, just the key card, which is not very secure. I did not stay the night in this property, I checked out as soon as I saw the room and found somewhere else to go.

Room was dirty and sheets were not clean. Had to ask for replacements. We were awoken at 3 AM for a fire drill and forced to evacuate the hotel. The “suite” was a futon w a Queen bed and we were charged another $20 to get a cot that was basically a 2 inch mattress. The curtains were so thin the street light was beaming into our room all night. Horrible experience.

Pictures are very deceiving, actual room wasn’t terrible but it looked nothing like the pictures. Bathroom is very, very small. My girlfriend complained that there was no full size mirror. There was construction going on two buildings over and it sounded like it was right at your front door. They literally worked from like 4am to 10 or 11pm. There’s also a bar downstairs in the hotel which can get really loud. We were in the third floor and it sounded like people outside and from the bar were outside our door congregating. This is definitely not for people with kids or sensitive to noise. I would honestly pay the extra $50 to stay at a nicer hotel. The only thing good about this place was it was only a block away from the beach.

It’s right in the heart of everything. There are hotels, restaurants, gift shops, malls, boutiques and the beach is only three minutes away walking distance.

Neighbor street is very noisy, unloading tracks and working AC.

I liked the location. The rooms and the hotel overall needs a big time update. It was very outdated and old. Rooms are very very small and the bathrooms are ridiculously small.

Hotel was close to beach and multiple restaurants and shops.

The price for what they offered was insulting. You couldn't sit on the toilet without the sink being in your face. They wanted to charge me $35 a day for parking!

location location location !!! One block from the famous Waikiki beach, restaurants & bars are all walking distance and public transportations are all block away. This is my 3rd time staying here and enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff are great, the rooms are very clean, beddings very comfy with minimum amenities. Only complaint, this hotel should consider upgrading to double paned windows.

Mahalo nui loa for taking the time to share your feedback and to give us the opportunity to touch on the points you chose to highlight during your stay. Firstly, I hope that you took your observations directly to our 24/7 Front Desk, who would've happily obliged a room switch based on our availability. Our housekeeping services are often praised by our valuable guests, so to see a report on the other end of the spectrum is uncommon. Undoubtedly, the 2:30 a.m. fire alarm colored your overall experience and understandably so, however, we are very proud of our diligent team, who followed our emergency protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. Please note that the alarm was likely set off by a guest who was smoking near one of our exterior detectors, and while this inconsiderate action inconvenienced you and our other guests, we are grateful that the alarm was not a result of an active fire. Mahalo nui loa again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We do hope that you managed to enjoy your overall time in the islands, and we wish you and yours a very happy holiday season.
