Didnt like the fact that you needed a vax card to enter gym

Friendly staff.

good location and great amenities.

Wonderful

It is convenient to the Ala Moana mall. Renovations in lobby are nice.

The hotel is nice and well maintained, however, parking area needs some attention into cleanliness. The parking availability is much less if you come to hotel after 9 pm. So, plan your day accordingly if you don't want to struggle much finding parking spot or simply pay $45 a night for valet parking. Self parking is $35 a night. There is Starbucks shop on 1st floor of the hotel and nice restaurant on the top of the hotel. The area around is very noisy. If you leave your sliding door open for fresh air, you will be woken up at around 6am by commercial trucks and outside noises. It worked out well for us because we wanted to get early anyways to have the whole day to explore Oahu. We got this hotel for the days we wanted to explore, so it absolutely suited our needs. We we're leaving relatively early and coming back later, after 8 pm. If you want Hawaiian vibe and ocean views, you will have to search for something else outside downtown or much closer to the beach. Overall, very good experience in this hotel.

The hotel is situated across from the canal away from the tourism craziness, but still a comfy walk away and super close to the Ala Moana park - a much more quiet beach in Waikiki. Close to a dozen bus lines as many converge within a block in 3 directions from the hotel and guests can park for free during day at the mall and walk across the bridge to meet ya. It was overall super convenient for folks wanting to be away from the Vegas type of vibe of Waikiki. Room was super comfy and spacious.

Everything was excellent

It was beautiful! The hotel staff were so professional and courteous!

Room was descent, kept clean by housekeeping. Property located close to everything.

Very comfortable definitely I’ll stay again!

Nothing was unique The bell hops were nice, as well as housekeeping.

A great location to stay at. It’s the largest Hotel in Hawaii. The 2nd floor exit to the mall. I will definitely book this property again. It’s close to every thing.

Our room for $171 was tooo small and no view

Super close to WAIKIKI and bus stops. Also super close to Magic Island lagoon which was where we were going to almost every day. Also super close to a shopping center (Ala Moana) which was super convenient as well. Only snag was having to justify the pre-paid breakfast multiple days. I booked two rooms for six days and purposefully chose to buy 2 breakfasts each per room. Upon arriving, I found out that they only count breakfasts for "adults" and therefore did not count the breakfasts for the people staying with us that were not 18 or over even though I had paid for them. It took a couple days for them to have the note in the system, but by the third day it was all set and done. Other than that it was a great stay.

Beautiful place, amazing area! Definitely recommend!

Aloha, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the inconvenience to wear mask while exercising in the gym. As the state set the rule for social distancing and wear mask, we are required to follow and enforce the mandates. It was a pleasure having you and we look forward to hosting you again someday.
