Some front desk personnel is not very friendly or interested to help. I have to ask him twice if he is ready to check me in, and he seems to be very reluctant to do his job.

The property is clean, but dated. The staff is very nice. The property is close to shopping, dining and everything is walkable.

Rooms are not cleaned properly and absurdly outdated, the microwave in our room was from 2002, hotel is located off a loud and busy street, it is also partially a timeshare and all amenities close at 9pm including the laundry room, management is also passive aggressive. Not worth saving a few bucks, stay elsewhere

House keeping came three times during our stay and it looked like this the whole time

The room was clean when we got to the hotel, but housekeeping did not clean them when they were supposed to during our stay. We did not have nor did we pay for an ocean view. We had a city view which was nice. The front desk staff were good to us but housekeeping were rude people.

The parking staff and the front desk people were amazing with all of us, but the maid service was was not good. When our room needed to be cleaned they never cleaned it, just made our bed and put us clean towels, that was it and they are not the friendliest people. The guy at the front entrance where you book your excursions Sang Kim was always so friendly to all of us and always welcomed us as we came back to the hotel and always told us to have a good day as we walked out. I would stay at this hotel again, but the maid service needs to be friendlier to your guests as there were 10 of us and 5 rooms that we booked.

We had a soul smell coming from the pipes as well as a leak from the roof. Staff wasn’t on the same page & made us switch rooms, just for us to end up back in the same room. They also charge $35 for any person not listed on the reservation.

Nice location, easy access to Waikiki. Staff very accommodating. Everything was great but the bedding. Mattress seemed the older type with springs we could feel. Two average pillows on bed as far as comfort and two almost rock hard & thin. Updating the bedding would definitely give Luana a 5 instead of a 4.
