Overall, we had a good experience. We were safe and in a beautiful area. It can be a bit noisy at times outside, but no fault of the hotel. My biggest issue was the comfort of the room, for someone who stayed almost 2 weeks, I had no place to sit. It was either the bed or a small bench against the window. You should really think about fixing this issue for guests. Also, limited dinning for lunch and dinner. I expected the accommodations to be better. Overall, we had a great experience in Hawaii and the hotel was well kept and lovely.

Hotel is old and could use some remodeling. Upon arrival we were told by the valet(valet parking only) that there were no available places. This continued throughout our stay. We were to park our car across the street in a lot in which we had to pay $45 a day. We were not reimbursed even though we paid a resort fee. We were told by the reception desk that even if we complained the owners probably wouldn’t care. No glasses to drink out of and no coffee, tea of coffee pot. Coffee could be purchased in the lobby. No available places to sit by the pool. Nice view of Diamond Head. The bar/restaurant was very nice and the employees were friendly. Will not recommend this place due to the cost of the room and the lack of amenities and especially the parking situation.

The corner room with ocean view includes a beautiful view of Diamond Head, over looking the lush greenery of the Honolulu Zoo.The hotel is on the end of Waikiki strip and easily walkable to the beach. I prefer this location, as it is much quieter and less crowded with people. Recently renovated and outstanding service. If you have daily activities and are in and out of the hotel, you'll have everything you'd need. The room is a good size for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 small children. I feel 4 adults might be a little cramped. It is not as spacious as a big chain hotel, but that is ok with me. I wouldn't trade the large 6 panel wrap around window view for more room space. Although you don't see direct sunrise or sunset, waking up to that gorgeous view of Diamond Head and the ocean is breathtaking. Most of the other hotels in this price point will have a view of a side of a building. The restaurant has great food and the coffee shop is an added convenience. This hotel is truly a down to earth gem.

Property does not have enough parking spaces for hotel guest. They were out of parking spaces by check-in time. I could see if we got to the hotel late but as soon as check-in and no available parking is unacceptable.No accommodation for those with disabilities as we had to park far and walk. This hotel doesn't deserve even the 1-star.

Nice hotel with a great view of diamond head.

Great location. Clean. Spacious. The valet lags - the first day, no space was available. Great restaurants within walking distance.

I loved it. We stayed on the 18th fl in the corner suite. It was spacious, with a kitchen. The patio with the furniture and view was amazing. To see Diamond Head and the ocean. Being able to park across the street in the zoo parking lot, saved money. It was a two block walk from the beach. The hotel had the backpack beach chairs. I would stay again
