Hit with that $56 resort fee and $60 a day parking. Literally cost more to park than my rental. When you message to have your car ready you get the response that they are to busy. It almost doubled the price of my stay.

The AC never worked even after 2 attempts to repair it. The repair tech said that the AC needed to be serviced, to fix the problem, but was not. The room was never below 78 degrees, and extremely muggy, for the entire duration of our stay. We were given a fan, but that just moved the hot air around.

Great spot to be close to the water and a bunch of stores and restaurants. The pool was nice and deep and the loungers in pool area were typically open (besides the beds that you have to reserve). Always had fresh towels for you to take. My favorite was the beach candy store where you used your room number to rent beach chairs and umbrellas (+more) for free. Unfortunately the rooms only get cleaned every other day. The lock to our balcony door wouldn’t lock/shut the door all the way, so it sounded like a train blowing a horn all day and night. The elevators were quite confusing to use at first and really frustrating, but we got a hang of it after a few days. I WISH there was a microwave in our room… there was a mini fridge but not a microwave. And obviously it’s expensive there and we tried to save our food to eat that and then there wasn’t a microwave to even use in our rooms to heat up food. Rooms were relatively clean, the ceiling looked a little rough in some spots and the bath just gave you an uneasy feeling to not wear shoes in it. The restaurant Tikis at the hotel was fantastic and would come ask if we needed anything while we were sitting at the pool for drink or food even. It was a fun trip. I would probably go here again if I were to ever come back to Hawaii.

Sliding glass door was really hard to close and lock, shower rod was falling off the wall, room was exceptionally small for the price, breakfast was good but 55 dollars to have breakfast was steep especially for how much we paid to stay there. I would say overall it was okay, I’d rate it it 4/10 stars.

## 🚨 **Warning: High Price, Low Quality - A Disappointing Motel Experience** 🚨 **Overall Rating:** 1/5 Stars (Only the view and AC saved it from 0) This hotel charges high-end prices based purely on its **prime location** but delivers a quality of stay comparable to a run-down motel. Do not be fooled; the extensive list of maintenance and cleanliness failures made this an **overwhelmingly uncomfortable** stay. ### Major Failures & Conditions * **Disgusting Cleanliness:** The room was generally dirty upon arrival, but the most alarming issue was the state of the furniture—I believe I found **feces stains on the couch**. Towels and linens felt barely cleaned. * **Severe Bathroom Issues:** The toilet was severely malfunctioning, requiring **five extremely loud flushes** every time. The shower was poor, featuring a soggy curtain, and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. * **Terrible Sleep Quality:** The King bed was utterly uncomfortable.
