liked the location it is close to the shoping in honolulu and the baeches. The staff at the hotel wear very helpful especialy Trent and Shaun.

I paid $125 a night for a studio with kitchen. Check-in was very nice, the front desk was professional and friendly. This unit is a good deal for a room of this size. There is maid service only once a week, but there are also no resort fees. I was there during the Covid outbreak so the maid service was canceled. I understand that and that did not alter my review of this place. It is worthwhile to rent at this price. There are restaurants in the hotel, a convenience store, pool, specialty shops and the beach is 2 minutes walk away. There was construction and it was loud. Ask for a room that is not impacted by the noise.

Staffs are superb! Excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Only downside for me is cleaning service with additional charge and only provided once during a 1 week stay

friendly staff, beautiful views at resort..........

Condo guests dont get access to all amenities. Older building, definitely dated but has everything you need and is in a good location. Air conditioning is very loud, bring ear plugs.

We really like where this property is located. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The lobby and pool is very clean. We love the shops and restaurants located in the hotel. The valet service is quick and friendly. Our check in was also quick and friendly.

Their was no hot tub, that would be nice for after the beach. The beach area was beautiful, the pool was so so. I didn't like that you had to pay $29.00 a day for a valet for your car. I wish I would have known that upped the price of the hotel a lot each day. Tell people who are booking that added fee. The room was comfortable and the bed really comfortable, and clean, that is so important.

Positive: Iconic building in a very nice location by the beach and nice stores and restaurants nearby. Negative: When we arrived there were three problems. (1) toilet was not working. The chain was off the hook and under the plunger. Therefore the water was leaking and it would not flush. I fixed this. (2) The light fixture in the main room fell off when trying to turn on the light. I fixed this. (3) The sink in the bathroom was leaking and water was falling to the floor. The maintenance folks fixed this the next day. The room was clean but not very luxurious. It is as if they had not changed the room since the Ilikai opened in 1964.

It’s just ok , not what I think when I book this one

Condo and Hotel @the same time. Accessibility. Centrally located

Love that it was center around everything from shopping to eating. The staff were friendly, helpful and the rooms were clean and stocked with everything needed in the kitchen area. Loved the view from my room, the beach was in walking distance. Couldn't have ask for more. When I come back, this is the resort I will come back to. Thank you for making memories....

Staying at this resort doesn’t give access to the fitness center, but I still enjoyed the proximity to other things in Waikiki. The staff was awesome too!

I did not like that my booking involved a solicitation to participate in a Time Share pitch

Liked the fact that we had a kitchen. Everyone was friendly. The only thing that we didnt like was the cleaning service was only scheduled every four days.

Very clean and very very close to beach and restaurants and room Was spacious and kitchen was very useful
