Elevator was not working. Only option is to use the stairs. They should have used a back up option of using their other elevator. Unfortunately most of us who needs to check out did had no choice but to carry all our luggaes down the fire exit staires. They didnt even give any thing for the inconvinience!
It's a big room with a full kitchen, king sized bed, pull out sofa and big balcony. Extremely comfortable bed! And I loved how the a/c didn't get too cold or too warm. We slept so well!
This is an old property but nicely maintained. The Hilton next door has many more amenities but the selling point for this property is the kitchen in each room. Negative -- they close the pool early and don't have enough umbrellas for shade.

Need better options for dinner. Cinnamons was great for breakfast but not good at all for dinner. Loved Dave’s ice cream! Loved the pool and bar at The Modern hotel. The pool for the resort needs some updates and bar area should be looking over the marina. The rooms need some air freshener, smells old and musty! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Mahalo!
Great place to stay in Hawaii. The area is convenient and the bus stops right in front of the hotel which is great option to go to Pearl Harbor or Diamond Head crater for just $3 per person.

No type of room service, no cleaning or laundry slept on same sheets for 7 days and only given 6 towels for 2 ppl for 7 days.. Disgusting!!
The property is located in a central location next to shops, dining and water activities. Especially liked the proximity to the lagoon which was ideal for a 2 year old in our party.
I like everything except night time very loud due to car driving past
The Ilikia is located in a great spot on Waikiki beach close to restaurants and activities, and good access to the beach. The resort is also amazing

I was very pleased with the desk staff, especially Kent. The facility whilst old is really well maintained and the rooms are very nice. The only downside is the lack of a fitness center. Good Value
The room was super dated. Almost slipped in the bathroom - no non skid . I was on a floor that is condos so def not the hotel feel. It’s a condo inside a hotel
Pool isn’t enough for hotel size, I can’t get in in my time there (6 days), always busy. The most guest this hotel is senior, they spend too much time in. Vallet/ parking very busy and confusion but works.
