What we didn’t like was the quality of staff was mixed and the overall hotel is too busy. I won’t name names but we had both a good and bad experience at RumFire which required me personally to bring to another table my own wine bucket - perhaps a bit sheltered but first time in my life. I probably will never stay at the property again mainly as it did not suit our tastes anyway
Love the hotel right on the beach and in such close proximity of shopping and restaurants. Food was expensive in the hotel but you could walk or drive to somewhere nearby.

Very nice atmosphere , The location was perfect , the hotel was very clean and all the workers are very polite, very helpful , they are also have convenient shop, restaurant, the infinity pool was so awesome , the staff was also top notch especially Ronaldo DAGA, Conchita Dadiz Pascua , Shirley Narciso , Imnas Garingo and Romeo Ramos , all the workers are so nice , the valet staff attendant’s, , they made sure that we were taken care of and that we had the best stay in Waikiki. Because of their high quality of service, we will be definitely coming back !
Loved the property. Would definitely return. The only negative is we booked an oceanfront king and all they had left was an oceanfront with doubles. It was our 50th anniversary and it was disappointing.

Great pool for kids!!
My two grandkids love hot tubs. The day after we arrived, both hot tubs went cold for the entire week. They were not repaired until two days after the kids left. Major disappointment. Kids still got in the hot tub-but were shivering.
