Overall experience...

We had an issue with some lack of cleanliness and an item or two not functioning, but management was quick to respond and handled the situation to our satisfaction. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. This is our second time staying at this property and we will gladly return to it in the future.

The water and AC was turned off for 2 days, internet spotty, Technicians came twice to reset theTv’s. Lots of noise from the street, 730am building construction and trash can by front door. Furniture was nice but appliances and electronics old and very run down. harbor area very dirty and Lots of homeless people around. Would not stay this building or area again.

In Transit Housing

When we arrived, the kitchen sink was backed up and they weren't able to get it fixed until the next day. We basically went almost 20 hours without being able to use the kitchen sink. We could never figure out the bedroom TV, but the living room TV worked fine. Overall, it was a good experience with just the kitchen sink issue being the only real problem.

LOVED this place!

I gave five stars for “Accuracy of Listing” but honestly that isn’t true… The owners have made some beautiful upgrades that aren’t reflected in the pictures yet. The primary bed is an extremely comfortable king bed, and the sofa bed has been updated to a comfortable, modern piece. The kitchen table and chairs have also been updated to a cute modern white set. Air conditioning was great (very important for our Alaskan family), and we had no trouble parking in the deck attached to the condo. Pro Tip: Be sure to get the parking pass that allows you to come and go as often as you like. Friday fireworks were beautiful from the balcony. Check in and out were easy, and communication was great. We will definitely be looking to book here again when we return.

They responded when we had any issues, the parking was an issue cause online says one thing but we you try to purchase a daily pass you had to pay more. We parked on the harbor parking right down the street. It was a good location & overall basic if you won’t be staying that long in the room cause at the building there’s not much to do.

Outdated unit

We were very disappointed in the unit we rented. Was extremely worn out. We have stayed in several units in the marina condos, and have always been very pleased. This unit was in serious need of updating. We made it work, but when paying what is required these days, we shouldn’t have to make it work. Would not stay in this unit again.

Wonderful apartment with full kitchen - top location

This has two separate sleeping areas. Very comfortable easy to use sofa bed, we had 12 days here. Large Fridge, large oven and large dishwasher. AC marvelous. Beautiful sun sets, fabulous location. We wanted and needed a full Kitchen, dining out is expensive in this magnificent island paradise.

Quiet and convenient

It's much quieter than Waikiki and you can walk to Alamoana center and good restaurants downstairs. Fireworks can be seen from the room right in front of you. It's good that there is a dishwasher. Don't need to fight who will do dish wash. The security people were very kind. We had a really good time. We will be back sometimes in next year.

Perfect for the two of us

We stayed here the end of Aug. This was a great property with just the right amount of space for my husband and I. There were plenty of resteraunts and shops nearby and we enjoyed it very much. The air conditioning worked very well.

Unpleasant Stay

First all, I won't give you 5-Star review. There is no way that you deserve 5-Star review. You may be even lucky to have 1-Star review. Location is good due to proximity to Waikiki and Ala Moana. However, upon checking in for the first day, our expectations based on previous review were completely shattered. Specifically, the overall condition/quality of condo and furnishing is really shameful and substandard. It looks like old third or fourth class motel. The first observation was the rotten smell of corridor to room and room itself. Since we already paid for the stay, my son and I only stayed. My wife and daughter did not want to stay. Therefore, we found a hotel room near Honolulu Zoo and my wife and daughter stayed there for entire trip. It cost us additional $900 for hotel room. The following are my specific comments: 1. Corridor and room have unpleasant smell. 2. It is obvious there is no renovation of the facility. It seems that it is original based on condition and looks of entrance doors, doors to bath room, sliding doors, closet doors, and other furnishings. It seems that furniture and carpet is as old as facility and substandard compared to regular hotel. 3. The mattress of sleeper sofa is soiled and dirty. The extra cushion in the closet is looks soiled. We didn't touch them. 4. The blanket for sleeper sofa is dirty. I only used with sheet cover. 5. TV is small and mounted so high that I had to look up. 6. The built in closet near kitchen has old paint and other unknown items 7. Most of power outlets are loose. One of the light bulb is busted when plugged in the outlet. 8. There are tissue trash behind sofa bed. I didn't want to touch the trash. 9. The scenery through window is deceiving. Yes, there is a view of harbor but the Condo is low floor to be meaningful scenery. We didn't find out prior to check in instruction. 10. Hair dryer is so weak. Based on my experience at stay, I will stay in hotel for my future trips.

Review of condo

This condo is as described and has a nice view of marina. It’s not as close to the shopping and bustle of Waikiki, which may be fine depending on what you are looking for. I found that we had to drive to get almost everywhere, although a few restaurants are close most of the good stuff is a little farther away. There is no gym or pool on property which is fine for some, but would have preferred some extra amenities. The condo itself is dated but it’s well maintained. It has everything needed for a short stay on the island - small kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, vanity, bedroom that closes off for privacy, small living room and dining area. It also has the basic cooking items and a coffee pot (although you must provide your own coffee). Overall, a nice place to stay.
