Oceanfront room had breathtaking view. Hotel staff was so attentive and friendly. Walked everywhere and used the Waikīkī trolley extensively for longer distance. The unlimited pass was a great deal.

Ocean Front room (820) was wonderful. A slightly larger end of building room with front and side balcony. Views were wonderful and, whilst the room was nice and cleaned reasonably well, attention was needed to carpet vacuuming, which didn’t seem to have been looked at on check-in. Having said that, we did arrive early from a Sydney flight and reception put a RUSH clean for us, which was very much appreciated. No beach as such, as it’s lost when tide rises, but what you gain is wonderful… lots of green turtles! Food was very good and l would stay again.

Had a fantastic time. Loved that MonkeyPod was located within the hotel, and the bar by the pool served excellent cocktails. Valet service was prompt. All staff that we encountered - from front desk to valet- were very pleasant and courteous.

Overnight layover stay

One night stay on our way home from the big island. Resort was modern, extremely clean and the rooms were comfortable. Many of the employees were extremely helpful (especially Sam (?) in the concierge for booking excursions. Pool was busy but didnt have troubles with finding a chair. Great location, walkable to shops & good.

If you are looking for a beach at your hotel, this is not the place……very disappointing! On a positive note the two onsite restaurants were both excellent and the live entertainment was exceptional. Plenty of high end shopping within close proximity to the hotel and multiple dining establishments, both local and national are close by. For a place to stay, I would highly recommend but if you want a great beach out your back door, there are definitely better options!

The ocean view from the Monkey Pod was amazing, legitimate surf and turf action. The poolside evening music was very relaxing.
