The staff in the Lagoon Tower was excellent! They were very nice and checked in with us often to see how things were going. We really appreciated the customer service.

Nice view and property was in good condition. Suite was quite large. Front desk was very helpful. Check in was easy and elevators were easily available. Location is great near the beach. Only negative is the expensive parking.

Too big. Was like Vegas in Hawaii. Too many people. Very expensive. Enjoyed Maui and Kona much more. This place is a cash machine for Hilton. It’s a beautiful view that you will enjoy with thousands of others at the same time. We only stayed one night so that we could see Pearl Harbor which did not disappoint.

The location was great, loved the mini shops, restaurants, and pool area. Staff was very friendly, when you get there book the luau as they are booked up quickly. For the Waikiki area this was a great stay.

Best stay ever for real had a lot of different things to do

The hotel is fantastic. The pool and water slides are amazing and the kids had a blast. The hotel has FREE unlimited rentable movies and playstation 3 games in a "Red Box" style fashion. Our Standard 1 King bedroom (786 square foot suite) in the Lagoon Tower was very nice, spacious, and our balcony view was great. The housekeeping service was also fantastic. The buffet was WAAAAAYYYY overpriced for what it was. It'll cost a family of four about $130 for the breakfast buffet. ABSOLUTELY avoid the buffet at all costs. It's not worth it, and you'll leave feeling disappointed. There is an Original Pancake House that is less than half this price a short driving distance away that serves much tastier food for less than half the price of the buffet. Hotel is within walking distance of shops and other dining options. The parking cost ($45 per day) might seem outrageous, but it's probably worth it to avoid the hassle of finding street parking, which is basically non existent. All-in all, our stay was very enjoyable and I would say this hotel is an excellent alternative to staying at the Aulani or other kid friendly hotels that might cost twice as much per night.

The pools closed too early, we ended up not being able to swim. Closing time was 8:00pm

We had about 12 hours between getting off the cruise ship and getting on a plane, so we were not even staying the night. We were told we would go to the main area and register and that was not the case. We had to pull our luggage from one tower to another. It then took the Hilton 6 hours to find us a room! We did get to stay in their holding facility but 6 hours waiting was totally ridiculous. When we finally got a room, it was a very nice room but the TV was not connected to the cable and we only got to use it for about 4 hours. TVonly worked for about 2 and when we went to check out, the automatic check out on the TV did not work.

Don't park a car $40 per night and 20 minutes to retrieve from valet. 50 years old and it shows everywhere. Really in need of a redo. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. You can toss them and still save a bundle over renting them!

Lovely hotel, neat clean Extremely expensive parking And added amenities fees. Very loud windows and does don’t keep our noise

We enjoyed new area 2 bedroom suite, can not go back own to just a room now, full kitchen enjoyed just have coffee and breakfast in room.. our view could have been better. Will try again next year for ocean front

We had an amazing view of the ocean from our room. The rooms were very clean and included everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The private beach was nice but a bit crowded. The lagoon was not as nice as we hoped. The tower we stayed in is a longer walk to the main beach than the other towers.

The rooms were very clean with newer furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and our toddler. The location is a somewhat of a long walk to the main shopping area, but a very short walking distance to private beach, lagoon and pool.

Lets start with we are Diamond Members with Hilton, so this is not our first rodeo. Our first impression was a 30 minute wait at the Elite members check in desk, as the regular line completed a bus load of people in that same amount of time. So glad we are loyal customers. I finally had to point this out to one of the staff members and only then did they finally get someone. Next, our party had rooms in 2 different towers but it seems like each tower knows nothing about any other tower. The staff is friendly but oblivious and uninformed. When we asked about an Elite breakfast they told us there was none and come to find out two mornings later there was one. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she said "Oh really?, I don't know why they would not know." No sorry, let me apologize for that inconvenience....Nothing. Hilton is our brand of choice so I know this is not how they are trained. Worst part is this is not even high season so I can;t imagine what it would be like packed with people. Next the hot tubs and swimming pools close very early so after we had been out all day we would come back and not be able to use any amenities we felt like we paid a resort fee for nothing. Then to top off the trip we check out and since there were no late check outs available we were going to the beach and then later use a hospitality room. Not realizing it, I accidentally left the luggage that all of our beach stuff, snorkel gear etc went in, in the room in the closet. After we used the hospitality room and then got our luggage from the bell hop we loaded up all of our stuff and drove to north shore for the night not realizing that we had left that piece of luggage. The next day I called the hotel (not even24 hours later) to find that they remembered seeing it and housekeeping threw it away, in the " incinerator". I have never had a hotel throw something away less than 24 hours later. We are still awaiting a call from someone higher up than the housekeeping manager and the tower manager because they didn't really know what to say or do about it. So this is why I said it was the worst stay at a beautiful place.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and amenities. The pictures that were included on the website of the timeshare were exactly what we received. It was great to have a full kitchen and daily room service. The kids enjoyed the movie night out on the lawn and the pool slides were a hit. We would recommend this hotel to families.

Loved it! Everything was perfect!!!!!!!! Couldn't ask for anything better.

Fabulous!
