Well located close to supermarts, eateries. Bus stops 300 yards away

The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating

Besides the room key sometimes not working everything was good...

The. Cost, amenities, closeness of parking lot. Vost of parking. Onmy not enough stalls.

I'll always love this property, central to everything worth going to in Honolulu. Clean, quiet, cozy hotel.

Not worth the price by a long shot. I realize the proximity to Waikiki is a selling point but the facility is old and tired, which would be fine if it were a one star budget hotel... Our shower had 3 colors of mold on the ceiling which, after I complained, was quickly remedied. Lots of budget dining (mostly Korean) and shopping (Walmart, Ross) options close by.

need to change some window glass. especially those where the coating has worn and looks like the window is filthy.

The Pagoda Hotel is in an excellent area with a lot of things within walking distance. Ala Moana, Walgreens, Walmart, countless eating places etc.

Stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village t he night before and our experience at the Pagoda was much better

Great front desk and housekeeping, kept finding these tiny bugs in the bathroom and noisy back parking lot and ac

There was someone smoking on my floor which was supposed to be non smoking. In the middle of the night the speaker phone would just randomly turn on. I finally had to unplug the phone. The price was of the hotel was great and in the past I didn’t have these issues but I do t think I’ll be heading back there.

The Pagoda Hotel is in the best location for when I come back home to visit Oahu. The Hotel is located across the street from Rosses, the Hotel is also next to Like Like Drive-in. A 2 min. walk to Walmarts and Don Quijote. 10 min. walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center. The Pagoda Restaurant was the best breakfast for the price. As a hotel guest, we received a discount at the Pagoda restaurant. There were DVD rentals and Shuttle Services to Ala Moana Shopping Center included with the reservations. For me, it was a Win-Win Stay! Parking was OK. $10 dollars a night......In Waikiki, it would have cost us $30 a night.

We were not given the accurate price for thw Sundat buffet next door, but the restaurant honored what we were told. Long waits for the only elevator. Very nice hotel. Easy to walk to ma y places close y, like Walmart, Walgreens, and Subway.

There was a certain stench in this room The AC sucked Cleanliness was poor Needs a renovation ASAP I don’t think I’ll come back again I stayed here for 4 dreadful nights The worst hotel I stayed here in Hawaii Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Needed a place to stay quick, Pagoda is in a great location reasonably priced

Nice hotel close to Ala Moana beach/mall as well as Don Quijote and Wal-Mart, all in a walking distance.

The workers are excellent! Carlos on the front desk did everything in his power to compensate me for the facility problems that we encountered. One of the problems was the spotty operation of their elevators which are too small and also used by the housekeeping staff for moving large carts. Their parking lot attendants were good except for a couple of female attendants who, while not visibly handicapped, acted like they had difficulty in rising out of their chairs. Basically their facilities are too small or limited for the number of customers that they have.

I have heard that it's level of appeal had been declining but that it has recently undergone a renovation. I don't know if any of that is true but my experience was pleasant. It is clean, my linens were crisp, in perfect condition and visually appealing. It had all the conveniences, safe, iron, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, etc. They have a DVD machine from which you can get DVD's for free for viewing in your room. The way their room cards interact with the elevator provide a layer of protection. I was only there one night and I liked it.
