Great location, reasonable cost but there is a daily "amenity fee" that covers Wi-fi and discount on a pretty good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it has the basics.

very convenient

The convenience

The breakfast for $5 was great Building is sorely in need of updating and repairs Restaurant closed for dinner until further notice. No place within walking distance to get food.

I feel satisfied Restaurant good food Korean side Sarabolo excellent

The rooms were kind of outdated and run down looking for the price we paid. The man that checked us in did not talk at all unless we asked questions.

Awesome

Ok

Didn't end up staying cuz they tried charging me almost $500 more when I got there

Check in was fast & easy. My room was clean upon arrival and every time I had a question, someone is always at the front desk to answer my calls. The safe measures taken at the pool & lobby areas to control social distancing and time to clean & sanitize between guest visits was impressive. It showed great hospitality and care for the guests. I look forward to my next visit & stay at the Pagoda. Keep up the great work.

Everyone on staff that I came in contact with were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. My first interaction with the staff was Kelly at the front desk during my check in. He was very welcoming and helpful. Debbie & Linda also were very helpful whenever I went to the front desk for additional coffee, cups and a newspaper. The location was excellent for my trip as most of my destinations were outside of Waikiki - on the Leeward and Windward areas.

Good

It was very convenient to Ala Moana Center and surrounding restaurants - all within walking distance. Also we try to not stay in Waikiki which is too crowded with tourists, slow traffic, etc.

It was excellent, BECAUSE i never saw anyone! Since i study body Language, i didnt want

It was okey, But on the price I paid. I can get a better place. It’s almost desame price on a big hotels.

the hotel is super old but so far so good. The problem is that the environment is not familiar. There are homeless going up and down the elevators that need an "access card" to work, but that is no use, because they go up with some guest and nobody says anything. There are also cockroaches all over the room and the terrible musty smell !!!!

Perfect location and just right. Price could be better for kamaaina

all about location, close enough to everything that I wanted to be around

Aloha and mahalo for your comments. The hotel will be going through renovations by the early part of next year. I will remind our front desk managers to be more welcoming toward our guest upon checking them in.
