Housekeeping was great, pool staff were friendly. We were staying on the top floor (23) in a deluxe ocean view room near the elevator. We constantly heard knocking or movement in the walls maybe from the elevator or air conditioning. We told the front desk who said they would have engineering check and didn’t hear anything back and shared again during check out and was pretty much dismissed with no real solution or follow up, or general care.
