Many guests find it easier to rent for the day, return the car before closing, and rent again as needed to avoid parking fees.
We kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in non-designated areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.
Please be aware that any violations will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, if building management issues a citation to us as owners or hosts, we may escalate the matter to the platform. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
