Not a 4-star hotel. Service limited and unresponsive. No daily housekeeping and needed to contact Guest Services multiple times for the smallest requests. Pools and other areas were completely overcrowded. Beds were poor quality. This place is industrial hospitality for the masses and 4 stars is false advertising.

Its close to beach and they were cleaning all the time. The property is very well maintained and very convenient. The suite was amazingly clean and neat.
good clean property. annoyed with daily service fee (just add it to the booking cost! for transparency), and parking situation. paid for parking, and the parking machine is broken so i couldnt even get out of the garage a couple times. had to run back in. no gym in my tower,, had access to it but it was all the way across the resort so i never used it. room was really nice though, clean, stayed in the grand islander tower. people were nice, except this one bellhop was all rude after he gave me directions, literally pointed in a direction, and was annoyed i didnt say thanks. as i walked away he shouted "you're welcome??" sorry man, didn't realize you'd be so sensitive, you're probably in the wrong industry
