Very nice property. Add on charges for a lot although don’t have to go to far for anything.

Excellent Property! Beautiful hotel and resort area! Friendly staff! Best Vacation Stay!

I like that there wasn’t a lot of “resort” traffic... lobby was always empty! Services for something’s were slow... requesting car was always a issue or took a long time and the we waited a hour of a bag of ice, but it’s a laid back life, so it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Overall, a great vacation at the Grand Islander. Travelling with family, it convienient to have a living room area, kitchen, and laundry. Also, not too crowded at this resort.

Very modern and modern 2 bedroom suite. I hope to stay there longer very soon.

Good hotel with great location close to most shopping and dining. Will come again with my family.

We love staying here. Good place to stay with children.

Wonderful time. Close to everything so we walked everywhere. We loved the Lagoon b

Stayed in a 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront apartment at the Grand Islander. Rooms were amazing - beautiful furnishings, modern, clean and spacious. Have only great things to say about the room. However, I was very disappointed in the fitness facility. Online there were pics of a newly renovated gorgeous facility, but when I arrived, it was a tiny room with less than 10 machines and a line waiting to use them. Mind you, this tiny room was to accommodate ALL of the guests in the Hilton Hawaiian Village which totals in the thousands. There is no other fitness facility on property for the 6 or 7 high-rises. When I asked management about it, showing them the picture from their website, I got different responses. One person said the tiny gym WAS in fact the renovated gym and the photo was a "stock photo". Another manager said the one in the photo was still under renovation, was supposed to open in early December, but would open any day this week. It never opened in my week's stay. Thankfully, the weather was beautiful, so I chose to exercise mostly outside anyway, but was disappointed in the facility and lack of communication from management.

It was a nice hotel loved my stayed n will recommend

We were on the 22nd floor with ocean view. Very nice. This is a new tower so all was crisp and clean. Staff were all very nice and welcoming. It is on the Hilton property so close to all the shops and restaurants there. You can use all the pools on the grounds also. The beach there is very nice with gentle water. Great for kids, even during crowded times, there is plenty of space. The lobby drive way is hard to see from the road. Valet is expensive at $47.00 per day, but the attendants were friendly and fast. There is a $30.00 per day resort fee. This is an expensive place but we needed kitchen and laundry so worked out well. Will come back.

Brand new tower! I loved it! I usually stay on the hotel side but condo is way better because we can cook! Saves you money!100% satisfaction

Only stayed one night but very enjoyable. New hotel. Comfortable pullout sofa bed. Great view and super friendly staff.

The rooms themselves are new and very functional- we had 2 rooms/ 2 BR. Great deck overlooking the complex and the ocean. Short walk to beach. Nice kitchen and washer/dryer. Lots of pools. Village itself has restaurants, tourist shops, coffee etc. Cons: elevators (smart ones but not really, could wait 5-10 minutes when busy). Band plays from tapa bar and can hear at least to 28th floor. Not super loud but knew what songs they played. Goes until 11pm.
