Upon checkin I was told that they offered me a complimentary upgraded room. When I was checking out they said it was NOT complimentary and they will be charging me $600 additional per night! Wow, I feel like I was lied to. The manager wasn't available and was supposed to call me but never did.

We had a short travel in Hawaii and stayed at Kahala resort. We were very impressed by this property, it’s super clean, has excellent staff and customer service, awesome restaurants and a great beach, we loved it as it was not too busy like most hotels we stayed previously in Waikiki. I would definitely stay here again.
