It is small and personal

Locally owned, convenient.

Comfortable and clean. All the staff were excellent.

The hotel has been there for a very long time and looks tired but the staff is great, location works, has a pool and a bar. A shout out to Lincoln who prevented me from missing my flight by asking if I was extending a day or what. Completely lost track of time and he got me back on track!

Good location. Dated property. Some disrepair in the room. Staff was a mixed bag. Overall it was fine and would probably stay there again.

Love the staff, treat you just like family

My room was much smaller than I had anticipated. My biggest criticism was the amount of noise in my room from the adjacent road. It was if motorcycles were driving through my room 24/7. The sliding glass door had absolutely no insulation whatsoever. My check in was fairly easy. My room was not ready when I checked in at 2:40 PM (check in was 3:00 PM). No ice machine on property that was accessible to guests. I got tired of bugging the bartender for ice. Room was tiny. I need to meet the photographer who took the pictures of the property. Totally sold it online! Not quite up to my expectations.

The room was disgusting oh, the pictures misrepresented the location in size and everything else, I could hear the traffic on the road all through the day and night clearly Through the Windows which was terrible, the carpet was disgusting and did not want to walk on it Barefoot the walls had storms are crap on them the bathroom had pubic hairs and soap scum in the showers. The bar downstairs seem like a local deviant Hangout. This property should be represented as a 2.5 Stars at a maximum Orbitz shouldn't be selling it's customers places like this. If I could get a partial refund on the stay it might help my confidence in orbits.

Location, location, location. Can't get any better for the price. We didn't do car rental, there's a parking fee. Pretty tight parking space though. Hotel is older. There's a daily resort fee, but place has no resort. Pool is tiny. No dining hall. Room had undercounter refrigerator and coffee maker, but no microwave. Carpet in room needs cleaning and shampooing. A long flight of stairs to lobby registration, no elevator from street level.

Check in and customer service was excellent! Would stay there again!

The staff here is very friendly. Our room (front of the building) didn’t have a very great air conditioning unit and was fairly noisy from street traffic. But the Equus is centrally located and something of a gem for a no-frills motel.

I had a wonderful experiencr

Lovely, small, boutique hotel. Locally owned.

The staff was AMAZING! The coffee shop was just perfect, and everything was reasonably priced. Really enjoyed it.
