The bathrooms have no place to put toiletries. Loved the aluminum containers for water.

Our door wasn't the right fit so the light came in and you can see people and the peep hole was just about 1/2 way painted over and the ice machine was right in front of our door so people from different floors used it all night long plus people fighting in the hallway, the lady that gave us fresh talls when spraying down the bathroom bathtub she used bleach water we had clothing hanging on the hooks in the bathroom and couple clothing items now have bleach spots on them.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at this hotel located on the Waikiki Beach strip, right across from the ocean. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly, and the room was immaculately clean. The hotel only offers valet parking, which is common in tourist areas, so be prepared to pay for it. However, the valet workers were outstanding, providing us with useful information about the area and things to do around the island. They were also happy to share tips, so be sure to tip them in return. One of the features of this hotel is its partnership with a local beach gear rental store, which offers hotel guests free rentals per day. This is a fantastic amenity that saved us money and made our beach days even more enjoyable. We opted for an oceanfront room, and the view was breathtaking. From our balcony, we could see the ocean and the strip, and we enjoyed watching the sunset and waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. The hotel also has a free water refilling station, which is a great way to reduce plastic waste and save money on bottled water. We appreciated this thoughtful amenity and were glad to do our part to protect the environment. Overall, our experience at this hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely return. It's the perfect location for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation on the beautiful island of Waikiki.

Very friendly

Best west facing sunset view from our room. Bathroom door had water damage from previous flood.

Great property for the money

Nice ocean view.

Price is descent for the location and room size. Had the Jr. suite and traveled with my sisters. Hotel decor and furnishings are basic, nothing fancy but functional and clean. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the breakfast room has a breathtaking view of Diamond Head and the ocean. I enjoyed going to the Tiki bar for alcoholic beverages. They had delicious mixed drinks, a view, and live music every evening. The pool is next to the Tiki bar. The pool water is warm. We did borrow folding chairs from the hotel to hang out at the beach, very convenient. Location is great for adults and adults with small children. We booked some tours at hotel, the staff was very helpful and patient. Check in and check out was quick and easy. In terms of diversity, I saw Latin, Asian, White, Black and non American people stay here. As well as young couples, older couples, and large families. In terms of LGBTQ , I couldn’t tell if they were couples or friends but it seemed okay for LGBTQ couples/friends. Our room was not appropriate for people with physical challenges and don’t know if they have appropriate rooms for people who require those accommodations.

Good

Our stay was fantastic..however the issues with the defective elevators was irritating at some point since they kept having issues which resulted us having to go down the stairs from the 9th floor. Overall great service and very friendly

Nice staffs
