This place is awful. Dirty and rundown. Pictures look nothing like the actual rooms. It feels more like a low budget motel. The pool is tiny, the poolside bar service closes at 6pm. I’m being charged (but fighting) a false $500 smoking fee (that supposedly happened at 3am!!). The valet cost is outrageous at $54/day and there is no self-park option. The valet also scratched and dented my rental, did not say anything about it and are now doing an “investigation”. Poor service and very scammy feeling after what I’ve experienced. I would never stay here again. Location is great, but that’s about it. There is no way this is a resort or should be advertised as one. Extremely disappointing and wish I wouldn’t have wasted so much money on it.

Pros: beachfront property, within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants, good view of the beach, good housekeeping, comfortable bed. Cons: very outdated rooms and dirty carpets, you never know what you’re gonna get with the staff sometimes they’re friendly and sometimes they’re rude, it was very unclear about parking and what fees you were going to have to pay. We booked here and had our trip paid for before we arrived. We were aware that there were going to be additional resort fees that we would have to pay upon arrival which we paid. But we were unaware that in order to have your own rental car you would be required to pay $54 a day for parking with the valet (mandatory valet; $75 for oversized vehicles). When we checked in the lady at the front counter was very friendly, but the valet most of the time seemed unfriendly and annoyed with helping anyone. Just be aware that if you are staying here, you will end up paying 54+ dollars per day to park, and there is almost no accessible/affordable parking in the nearby area that you can circumvent this problem. The bed was pretty comfortable, but there are no fans or anything in the rooms and you could kind of smell that they had mildew growing. The carpets were also very dirty; they were vacuumed, but you could tell that they needed to be cleaned. And pretty much everything is very outdated, but it all worked properly. It is within walking distance of the beach and lots of the nearby businesses which was nice.

Property was good. Conveniently located to great beaches and other services. The one downside is that the pool closes at 8. That’s way too early for a vacation hotel like this. We really wanted to end our day relaxing by the pool.

- AC barely worked in room at first they had it set to 74 from previous stayers and maintenance had to come reprogram it and they set it to 59 but definitely didn't get cool enough it was pretty warm in the room so that was sorta miserable My mom cleaned the vent out in the bathroom full of dust but didn't help much - kids jumping in the pool causing splashing was a little extra but it was manageable as they were having fun but others were getting annoyed too -last few days new people above us made noise / moving furniture throughout the night was disturbing -beach chairs / umbrellas should be at the beach instead of having to walk across with everything -room smelled like food constantly due to restaurant below us and the breakfast above us . Other than that the stay was decent. Thanks for the stay!.
