It was actually a nice place to stay. Within walking distance to the airport, and some good food places and a Safeway grocery store. However, the fact they charge extra for parking, is kinda of a turn down. Overall a good place though.

Hotel has some walkable convenience stores and fast food options like MCD and Starbucks. Staff was friendly. Hotel room was clean. Had some cracked shower tiles. Free breakfast was pretty standard, but great that it's complimentary. Had your usual American breakfast items. Wish it had some Hawaiian/local breakfast cuisine added. Overall, it satisfied my purpose of staying there - budget, good ratings, and close proximity to where I needed to go daily.

I was freezing even though I had multiple layers of clothes on when I was trying to sleep in one of the beds. I didn’t see any other the closet shelf or any drawers. When I asked about getting a blanket when I checkin again 11/28, the lady at checkin noted that sheets (vs bedspread) were the top bed linen implying I had been sleeping on the blanket the entire night. Huh? That’s a new one to me.

It is an older property but well maintained. Everything worked. Hot Showers. Nice Free Breakfast. Shuttle service was down but they provided Lyft Service. No restaurant on property but many options within walking distance. 2pm check in rather than 4pm but charge a $70 fee for early check in. It worked for me.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had advertised a 24/7 shuttle and avoided parking a car for $45 a night. Unfortunately, it has an unreliable shuttle service that was out-of-service. When we called the hotel upon arrival, they told me to take an Uber or Lyft and I would be reimbursed. I took a cab, but the hotel would only reimburse if I had a receipt. My stay was for 2 nights, but I requested a ride to get a rental car after my first night. They ordered a Lyft and paid for it. While I was at the airport car rental, I received a folio for checking out of the hotel a day early. What a hassle. I would not recommend - not as advertised.
