Great spot, clean, quite, everything was close by, staff was friendly and helpful. Decent price. Thanks, we will ck you out again on our next visit. Bill and Teresa Griffin, Seattle, WA.
The place is not the best in the area compared to its neighbors, but I think it's in terms of quality-price ratio. Nice entrance and hallways, and comfortable rooms, with some extras and so well located.
My favorite part was they stored our luggage after check out for free till it was time to head to air port!
Great spot middle of everything. They do charge a tax of 30 a day for your stay ontop of what you already payed but i think thats for every hotel. Parking is 35 per night to drive up is slim so best get a small car its hard finding parking around wikiki over all stay is good great place
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great . Rooms were clean and spacious.

What I loved most about this property is that ALL of the staff remembered us by our names and greeted us all day everyday making our stay very appreciative and welcomed and it meant so much to us knowing the staff took that much pride and dedication in their job to remember the guest by names and the overall property and amenities were EXECELLENT and the shopping and beach access was all within walking distance and we’ll Definitely stay here again Thank You So Much!!! Overall this was a good place to stay. A few downsides were the bathroom was very small and the parking garage is a pain to drive in and out of.
It is in a convenient location within Waikiki, less than 2 blocks from International Market Place, the DFS plaza, the Royal Hawaiian Center, and other popular locations within Waikiki. It is also close enough to the beach. The property looks new since it seems that it was renovated recently, and the interior design and decorations are Hawaiian. Unless we'll win the lottery jackpot in the future, we'll consider coming back to this hotel again when we'll visit and stay at Oahu (and Waikiki) next time. Nothing in life (e.g., the number of days we can have in this vacation trip) is perfect. Likewise, the hotel itself also has room for improvement as well. First, the "swimming pool" is actually just a swimming lane. Second, although I am glad my driving and parking skills are good enough, I can imagine some drivers may end up having scratches on their cars navigating the hotel's parking lot due to very limited space, especially those driving bigger than mid-size vehicles. PS. Hope those affected by the devastating fire in Maui (especially Lahaina) will be able to overcome the losses.
to get ice, you had to go to a different floor of the hotel to get it. Each floor apparently did not have ice machines. Also, no microwave in room. Neighbors next door fought a lot ....Otherwise, it was a very good hotel and everyone did their best to make the visit more enjoyable.
Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. Waited a bit. Then still want the cleanest. Great location and bus from airport stops right there. Staff was ok. Air unit in room is very loud. Room not soundproof.
Great location. Hotel rooms are small and old, the bathrooms smell like mold. If you get a room here, be sure to get a high level floor or one facing the street. Otherwise your balcony faces another old building and it’s no fun. You can’t upgrade or request late check out. Parking is also a nightmare. The parking lot garage is very small and very hard to get into, with any size car… you may scratch the bottom or sides. I would personally spend a little more and go elsewhere. Jacuzzi and pool are also tiny. Construction going on throughout the day.
2nd time staying at this location. No complaints for this stay.
Before checking out and while I was taking items to my car, housekeeping decided to start cleaning my room and discarded my leftover food that I had intended to have for lunch and then discarded all of my water bottles. Offered them back to me from there garbage but I clearly didn’t want them back at that point. In addition, charges for a resort fee are way too high for what is offered. Parking is expensive but somewhat justified in Honolulu.
