Very outdated and musky smelling . Was there a week and one day had to ask for towels twice. The room did its job by allowing us to speep from 10 pm to 430 am but the hallways smell. So we stayed out. Quick distance to the beach and good food and shopping

The courtyard with tropical trees, small pool, and tiki theme restaurant was wonderful, we loved it. The front desk staff and house keepers were all friendly and very helpful. This building looked very old, but well maintained. Our room had newer kitchen and fridge, good for a long stay. No hidden charge at the check out, exactly as explained at the time of booking.

The balcony overlooked the beautiful pool area. Very colorful plants and flowers. 2 blocks from the beack. We were able to cook everything in our kitchenette. The only struggle was, there are only pots; no pans

There was a snafu about the booking dates. We had booked it in 2024 for 2025, however, the hotel booked us for 2024 and marked us as a no-show. I called hotels.com where we booked, and they straightened everything out for us. We were allowed to put our luggage in a safe room to be picked up before our flight, which we really appreciated. But the staff could be a little bit more friendly when hotel guest were entering and leaving the hotel.

The property was was very clean. The service was top notch. The gentleman at the front desk I believe his name was Mike when we first got there was very nice. Lovely was also very kind. She went out of her way one night to bring my wife and I some extra towels. Thank you so much Lovely for showing us that we were important. Godbless you all.

Property looks very pretty but room was dirty. Waited over two hours to get my room that needed to be clean, when we get the room there were roaches. Front desk was rude and kept telling me misinformation
