Friendly staff. Wonderful stay

Love the extra space for the kid. Breakfast buffet was great. Evening reception around the pool was relaxing

Everything was great

I really liked the breakfast buffet and happy hour. The breakfast buffet is great for kids, and omelettes were consistently good. The 5:30-7:30 happy hour had free drinks for adults (up to two each) and snacks for kids and adults. My kids really liked the Shirley Temples. We chose this location because of the free hot breakfast option and availability of suites, we are 6 people in our family so we need a larger room and kids are too young to put them in an adjoining room. The only problem we encountered was that there were long lines for the omelettes, however, if you go early it’s not so bad. Also wished they had something besides chips, like salted nuts or trail mix, for the happy hour. As for the beach- Beach is a 2 min walk through the Outrigger hotel, no problem with the walk although the beach here is small. You can get a better beach experience by going up to the Hilton Waikiki Village, there is a bigger stretch of beach and a lagoon; beaches are public so all you need is a towel. Staff is helpful in getting taxis, there some shopping around the area, and would highly recommend Leilani’s shaved ice just around the corner- delicious shaved ice.

The property looked very nice and the common areas were beautiful. No complaints about the property in general. Things that I didn't like were: - The balconies were not wide enough to sit facing outwards comfortably - Parking was mandatory valet. They tried to be fast getting your car but there are times when people start to stack up. I can get my own car quicker myself. - The included breakfast didn't vary much and the eggs needed to be cooked more. Food was the worst part of our 6 day stay. The breakfast bar was like a bad cafeteria. All that said, I would stay here again for the value I got for a 6day stay in a 2BR, 2Bath partial ocean view.

Nice place to stay, perfect location, resort fee too pricey for what you get after already have paid too much for the sleeping rooms. The swimming pool was a zoo with way too many kids 24/7 throwing toys around and being wild while parents just sat there. We were not able too use the pool or spa during our 4 day stay. We tried every day at least twice a day. Too many kids and clueless parents. Hotel staff was super nice. Breakfast was great and attendants very helpful.

Great location to everything. We walked to everywhere: the beach, shopping, restaurants. If a place was a bit farther we just took an Uber or rented a car. The car rental was close too, just across from the property which was very convenient. Breakfast was great, good selections. Having a suite was nice, a good separation of the bedroom and sitting area. The bathroom was not in the bedroom, which was a little odd to me. Overall, it’s a perfect property to stay at since it was close to everything.

We had comfortable stay here. Hotel is located in a central location. The hot breakfast was really good!

Very nice property and nice staff.

They stuck us in the end room that was so small it did not even feel like a suite. Staff wasn’t verybfriendly!

The place was so clean and people around are calm. The view from our room was perfect, so relaxing!

Really wonderful stay. Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Lots of kids in the pool but nothing we can do about that

Overall, it was a positive experience. Friendly staff, nice room, great location. I was unhappy, however, that there weren't more vegan options at the complimentary breakfast, especially that there was no plant-based milk available for coffee.

Service was top notch! We would totally stay there again.

Great location and friendly service. Evening reception was a hit with everyone.

Your comments are truly appreciated as this provides us an opportunity to review real time feedback from a guest perspective. We're sorry to hear you were not fully satisfied with all elements of your stay due to the crowds at our pool facility and will review this with the management team to see if there's anything we can do to prevent this from happening in the future. Despite this matter, we're happy to hear you enjoyed our helpful staff and awesome breakfast. We hope we have another opportunity to host you again in the future. Mahalo.
