Modern Lobby and Infinity Pool were awesome. Less awesome was the pre-cast construction which transmitted noise from above exceptionally well!

Rental car staffs are not knowageable so we paid double rental car insurance. And breakfast staffs are not nice. Wifi didnt work. Rooms are smell

The staff was great, and the shuttle service was extremely convenient. Pools were clean and had the most amazing views. Would definitely go again!

Magical. Gorgeous. Never want to leave. We always stay here and it’s just amazing.

The view, and close proximity to ocean, waterslides, and kids arcade

The place was overcrowded and overrated. First - there is no beach access in front of the hotel!! It’s called the Wailea Beach Resort but you have to walk a ways to get in front of another hotels beach. Kids pools were so warm! Nothing refreshing about it! Staff were very nice but the place is understaffed. Many times the room service or hotel accommodations line would ring for so long that nobody answered and it would disconnect. I purchased an ocean view room and would have to hang off of the balcony to see any water (I didn’t purchase partial ocean view). The door would randomly click all through the night. We had spent a week at the andaz before and the service and facilities were impeccable. Pools so packed that you’d have to be up by 8 to get a spot. I definitely wouldn’t come back.

As a resort you could literally stay solely on the property and have a fantastic eventful time.

I would of liked it to be beach accessible directly walking out of the hotel. It’s a short walk down the sidewalk but was just looking for truly beachfront access.

Cockroaches in bed. Room descriptions “Ocean View” not entirely accurate considering obstructions etc. Restaurants too limited. Food and drink quality extremely inconsistent.

Absolutely beautiful property and staff were great! I’m glad there was a market within walking distance as meals and drinks were pricey. We were able to get a microwave in our room so we didn’t have to eat all of our meals at the resort restaurants.

I really enjoyed how beautiful the lobby area was. The variety in pools to choose from was also great. The food choices however made it difficult to find something varied to eat as most of the items were limited to almost only seafood, very expensive, any only available until the late afternoon.

Great place. Service at serenity pool was great one day poor the next.

Great Experience! Beautiful resort! The resort staff was friendly!

Internet connection was horrible. Barely any connection in the room.

We originally booked an extended ground floor room and were moved to a smaller room due to no king bed rooms being available. The room to our door had a gap near the floor, allowing wind and guest noise to enter our room. Our bed sheets were damp on the day that we first checked in. The hotel staff were generally courteous and nice, but our housekeeper was nosy.

My favorite hotel to stay at in Maui. Very clean, beautiful and relaxing. We loved the s'mores night at the firepit and being so close to two beaches. We will be back for sure!

The staff were very accommodating. I didn’t know you couldn’t have glass cups by the poolside and instead of the staff saying that I had to get rid of them they kindly brought me a plastic cup to transfer my drink over. They also kept up on the appearance of everything. They kept up with rearranging poolside chairs and tables once people left so it looked good and ready for the next person to use it. Staff members always said hi as I walked by. Very clean hotel property and very clean hotel room. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Beautiful, peaceful, close to shops, plan on coming back here.
