Location, shuttle, concierge, desk, small store, staff, breakfast all far above par.
Even though I was told the hotel was at capacity, it never felt crowded. The pool staff easily helped us get set up with a cabana. Chantel at the beachwalk cafe was great.
Wonderful but food, cocktails, and add ins were expensive
It would have been nice to have a tub and food service on the beach.
Very attractive gardens and well kept grounds, foyer, etc. Nice Hawaiian feel. Great location. Shuttle service within local areas. Bicycles for borrowing.
Over all the property is beautiful ! The staff was nice the bed was very comfortable . Oh! They even gave us a up grade .
It was one of our best staying experience ever! Breathtaking property. Such a beautiful room as well. We will definitely come back!
I would of liked it to be beach accessible directly walking out of the hotel. It’s a short walk down the sidewalk but was just looking for truly beachfront access.
The rooms are small but it’s a great place and for the price you can’t beat it ! Beach is a great beach to snorkel at and swim . Close to shops and restaurants I’ll be back !
