Problem with noise from other people's children loud and unruly running down the halls and slamming doors. The whole stay. Sadly I was unable to relax.

Checked in. Desk help was pleasant. Elevator inop - were on 4th floor. AC in main room kept it comfortable but master warmer w/ no AC. Also, slider door separating master from living room jammed. Extra room w/ double beds was nice to have, but both beds Had sand in them. Convenient to beach
The room was big. It was close to a beach. The interior was old, dirty, and in need of repair. The patio was ugly and dirty. My family will never stay here again.
Fabulous and clean. Loved our stay here. Right across from the beach and dining/shopping close by.
Older buildings. Our room and bath looked like it had not been updated since the 60’s.
Super awesome staff. Our room was nice and clean. We have to check out before taking a redeye but were able to use the “hospitality room” which was great! That room wasn’t the best but we were just there to shower.
We paid a lot for a standard room. We thought for the price it was going to be amazing. It wasn't. Bed sheets had hairs in them that didn't match ours. Microwave flickered like when you put aluminum in it-but we didn't put aluminum in it, every time we used it. The toaster would only toast one side of the bread, had to take it out and turn it around for the other side to toast. Bed was uncomfortable. The room was nothing like what the photos on line showed of any of their rooms. I washed the cutting board down before using it, the white wash cloth was very dirty after washing it down BEFORE using the cutting board! Gross. We complained, and they took 20.00 total off of our bill. We would have been satisfied with 150. Taken off for each day. The room was only worth 100.00 day at most. And I am from Alaska where prices are high.
Check in process was pleasant, staff was very friendly and it was a quick process. The room was a cute, quaint room; very clean and comfortable. Very homey and quiet. Checking out was also very quick and staff was friendly. Security is always present as well as grounds crew so there is always someone out on the property.
I felt dirty upon entering the room. It would not cost that much to rip out the disgusting carpet and replace with tile.
The room is clean, comfortable, carpet free, and very functional. This is a great cost effective place to rest when exploring Maui. Parking is somewhat inconvenient but so what. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will use this place for business travel again. Thanks.
The staff were excellent and polite/professional. We rented a 2 bedroom that sleeps 8, which were comfortable size wise but the master bedroom really needed an air conditioner. Even if you left the doors to the bedroom open, it was very warm (other units may have an A/C in that room as there was an outlet for one). The pool and BBQ's were cleaned daily. Just a short walk to a few great restaurants and the ocean views were wonderful. We would have liked a vacuum in our unit due to having so much sand on the floor but overall it worked out well for a few days.

So sorry to hear about the noise as we were not aware of this issue from any other guests and property is typically very quiet and peaceful.
