Overall we were happy with our stay. Apartment was pretty big and had a kitchen and two bathrooms, which was great. it is a bit outdated. I would say 80s-90s, which wasn't that bad for the price. Staff at the front desk could have been a bit more friendly. They looked and act like they are not too exited to be there.

Condo 10-314 was amazing. Very equipped with everything you could want and plenty of beds to sleep in with lots of bedding. There were a few broken minor things like the bottom of the fridge and the screen door but what house doesn't have a few quirks. This condo was decorated amazing and I'm going to miss it. It felt like home. My moms unit was a bad one at first. Condo 5--314 was totally outdated like garage sales furniture and TV. I got her into a different one and things were much better. Condo 9-106 was a nice little one bedroom well stocked except that they had no key to access all the fun beach things stocked in the Lanai. Overall, we had a lot of fun and our stay was great.

right across from Kam 3 beaches. easy access to all areas

Straight out of the seventies. Cheap furnishings. Doubt they’ve painted in forty years. Awful beds. Poor & noisy AC. One of the worst condos I’ve ever rented, almost 3rd world. The pictures of the unit are very deceptive.

We stayed in Building 7, Unit 302. The kitchen was nicely furnished with all needed dishes, pots and pans and silverware. However, having other than salt, no spices, oils were supplied. Wireless in the unit was not working and the cable did not work in the living room, only DVR worked with the TV and that was in Black and White. The Condo grounds are beautiful, BBQ units are cleaned daily and the pool was nice.

Grounds are beautiful. Units unpredictable. This is our fourth time staying at this property. This particular unit was HORRIBLE. No upgrades have been done, all original. Two mis-matched love seats in the living room. One of which was an uncomfortable hideabed. No dining room table in the unit. Minimal dishes. Cupboards warped. Other units we stayed in had a nice array of items to use at the beach. This unit had no umbrella, broken beach chairs, and only a styrofoam cooler. It was very disappointing. Also, DO NOT book any outside activities such as Luau's or tours. They overcharge you compared to what you can call and book direct yourself.

We have stayed at this complex four other times. We love it! Clean, well kept complex that has the most beautiful grounds. They are very meticulous on the upkeep of the landscape. The pool was at the perfect temperature, and is always spotless. The condo is located across the street from the best beach! Did I say I love this place!

Location is good & Unit is spacious. However it needs to be upgraded. Air conditioner has a water collection bucket that needs to be monitored & emptied out. Tioilet lever to flush is broken. Need to remove water tank cover to flush toilet. Exhaust fan is so loud & gurgling. Needs to be serviced.

We enjoyed our stay however it does need updating

The property is located near lots of eatery , nearby beaches but away from airport , 15 miles away. You need more time back n forth to reach property. The property has pool but very small compare to the number of condominium they have , always crowded. No space. The property price online doesn’t include extra charges . I did paid 185 in total property cleaning fees for 4 days stays on top of their online charges. So keep it in mind.

Such a wonderful place to stay, near the beach. A great location with many activities nearby.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of beach gear, the grounds were beautiful, and a short walk to the beach. The reason for three stars is just due to the condo being outdated. Even with being outdated it was extremely clean and worked well for our family.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We expected the stay to condos to be “meh” for the price, but it was great! Very spacious rooms, has everything that you would need in the kitchen. The only down side is the pool can get a bit crowded if everyone joins in. But Great property. Across the street to one of the best beaches, with the softest sand (and amazing sunsets). Definitely coming back.

Needs a good scrub & new bedding, clean the fans, wipe the baseboards & just a good going over to scrub the units down, get rid of the fake plants they are just dust collectors.

Condo 7-208 was barely adequate. Sliding glass door DID NOT LOCK. Closet door broken, ceiling fan only one speed, no broom to clean endless sand grit on tiles and lanai. Three skillets and two saucepans total-how do you cook pasta in one quart saucepan (largest). Wifi signal is too weak to work in bedroom. Dirty lanai furniture. No extra blanket and we were chilly first night. I talked to front desk and they said we would have to rent or buy totems not in condo. We stayed right next door last time and all was great there.

Nice place and great location. Beach was located right across the street and nice big pool.

It was nice and convenient to shop and beach and food.

Close to beach. Very convenient for families with kids.
