It was well maintained and very pristine. Sucked that all the BS around Covid-19 caused the pool, tennis courts, and other amenities to be shut down while we were there. Just another state going ape over this stuff. Loved the condo itself and the view. Grounds crew needs to start a bit later though. Hard to sleep in late when you hear landscaping equipment going at 9am! Overall grade ....b Consider making the property adults only and I might buy a condo there.

There is not one thing I liked about our stay with you. From the moment my husband and I checked in the lady gave us the worst attitude upon initial arrival! How insane! We let it go because maybe she was just having a rough day..But the attitude kept going thru our entire stay. I don’t even know where to begin regarding the room it had a really bad odor, carpet was dirty, our sheets look old and musty, the couches are old there was a bug that came out, everything looked NOTHING like the online pictures The worst experience ever for it being our anniversary trip we are beyond disappointed. After speaking with other people staying there we all agreed that it is the worst hotel and our last time staying there in our lifetime.

It needed to be updated and maintained better. It was run down.

Great property to stay at. Close to lot of restaurants and Beaches. One of the best beaches is right across the road. Beautiful sunset. Condo has all the necessary things, all the utensils to cook, Fridge, Microwave, 2 Bathrooms and very safe since you need code to come in and go out of the property. Overall great experience.

Conveniently located in central Kihei Clean. But limited air conditioning. A lot of extra fees as well.

The property is close to a nice beach to bring the family.

Love the set up... appliances and beach stuff available to enjoy the beach right across the stree or the pool in the middle. Loved it!

Nothing special here. Just a condo twin bed down full bed in master up.

Stayed here in the past. The room that I stayed in This time was severely outdated, lacking some of the basics for cooking while renting a condo. Very underwhelming. For the money I paid I will not be back.

the property was good and clean the staff was great with a great location of the resort

Great location across the street from Kamaole Beach

Great access to beaches, pool area. We just had a couple of issues with wi-fi and tv. Would definitely stay again.

It had had every appliance, a washer and drier, and two bathrooms! The staff was friendly and the check in/out processes were painless. The lock on the front door wasn't very secure, the deadbolt didn't work, and the chain was broken. Ants find their way around the kitchen if you leave food out or don't clean up thoroughly after every meal.

The property was well maintained and close to a really nice beach

The grounds were nice but the condo needs updating desperately

Appliaces, are severly old. Appears that hot water is very limited while showering. Rust was observed throughout the room. Overall exterior of property looks beautiful and very clean hoping those expectations were met while entering the unit. Units need to be upgraded and better maintained.

Aloha Dan - Adult only may not be in the cards with Families buying condos here. But you never know. Mahalo for hanging in there during the Covid-19 shut down of all things. Hope your well - stay safe - Kaz

Aloha and Mahalo for the comments. Yes we don't have air conditioning in every room in every unit but we do hope you slept well and enjoyed your vacation. The fee's should have mentioned clearly when booking for your considerations, if this was not the case I would encourage you to connect with me - Mahalo again, Kaz
