Ocean view and gated property with amenities (pool,parking,beach chairs/towels) were pluses but expensive considering somewhat aged condition of condominium. Tub did not drain well, sliding glass doors to lanai nearly inoperable throughout and kitchen dated with poor cabinetry, limited kitchenware and refrigerator with poor ice maker. Satisfied with stay overall but would not necessarily recommend at current cost.
