What a wonderful. wonderful place. The condo is tastefully decorated and the location is hard to beat: right across the street from an organic fruit and vegetable stand, an ABC store with all you need, the Sugar Beach Bakery (love those malasadas!) and a shaved ice stand. Everything is right here, so much so that next time we are thinking we don't even need a rental car. Relaxing on the lanai or the beach is our favorite "activity". We both read four books in 10 days. We highly, highly recommend this place and the people at Ali'i Resorts. They were so easy to deal with and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view, cozy condo, great location
We had a great time during our stay here. First, the view can not be beat. The pictures shown are accurate - the view is gorgeous! The location is also very convenient. Although it's not walking distance to much beyond a convenience store and small farmers market open M-F, it is very central to get to everyplace on the island and is only about a 5-10 minute drive to the main Kihei area with stores and restaurants. There is a great beach right at the property with lounge chairs provided in a grassy area just above the beach.
The condo itself is just as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the bed is comfortable. We also appreciated that the DVD player included a Netflix connection (you need your own log-in) for when we wanted a quiet evening at home. We couldn't have been happier with the place.

Amazing Ocean Front Condo
We just finished a 10 day stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an ocean front condo in Kihei. It was absolutely beautiful and everything was as described. The condo has been recently updated and the grounds were well maintained. The complex was family friendly and we had a fun time at the pool and beach. It was convenient to get to all the restaurants in Kihei and we loved the bakery and shaved ice located across from the complex. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

You will love it.
Very nice place. One bedroom and two bathrooms is a great arrangement for two or three people. It is located at the very north end of Kehei, which is a little more quiet than the south end, which I actually preferred, except that it is a bit farther from the restaurants and more people. The beach is never crowded and the water is noticeably warmer - like a bathtub. There is a small farmer's market and a great shave-ice place directly across the street. The unit is very nicely upgraded.
