Wonderful hotel! Welcoming, friendly, clean, good bed, wonderful view! The extra money for the ocean view with the view of Mauna Kea over the harbor is totally worth it. We enjoyed sitting on our lanai & watching the fishermen down below, & the sailboats & canoes, & even the freighters. Enjoy!

The bed was uncomfortable, there was a big rip in the curtain, and the wallpaper was coming off of the walls. The room was only cleaned every other day.There was a concert across the street and parking was not reserved for hotel guests. We drove around and around, trying to find a place to park on the street because there was no parking at the hotel. however, the room was clean, and staff was friendly.

Room was okay. Could use an update. The towel bar was hanging at a 45 degree angle and had obviously been pulled out of the wall well before our stay and just pushed back into the wall but not properly repaired. Disappointed that the only filtered water fill station was outside the front door of the hotel. The lounge had great food and excellent service.

The staff were pleasant and respectful... registration was smooth, wait staff in sports bar and cleaning staff were great! There were insects in the room periodically. When I called the front desk, they sent someone immediately. Lovely decor in the lobby.

Beautiful room and balcony, lovely location. The staff was unimpressive. Said no to almost everything, helped only a bit, and seemed to avoid customers when within the hotel. They kinda did the bare minimum with the exception of the maintenance guy that fixed our AC, he was lovely. Overall disappointed in the experience at this place.
