The hotel employees were very nice, but the hotel itself is not worth the star rating or money spent. There is no housekeeping which for me wasn’t a big deal cause my stay was to facilitate a lay over, but i did not see a clear indication for this to be the star level it is to not have it clearly indicated. The room was dingy and hotel looks run down. It is not well taken care of

On the last night the fire alarm went off at 2 AM. We never heard any follow-up message on whether it was a malfunction or not. Then it went off again at 08:20 AM. At any rate, we didnt get a good night's sleep the last night

Have been coming here for years and sadly this is the last time. My wife was at the pool side bar and the food tasted microwaved. Waited 15 minutes to order a beer but never got asked, even tried to wave a down a server but was ignored. The cushions around the pool were gross. The staff behind the main desk acted like they were still in high school and each time acted as I was interrupting the cool person meeting… never again and when someone asks me about this hotel… big NO!

The place was very noisy, It had two elevators working in a building that held over 500 hotel rooms I’m guessing. On two separate occasions I waited over 20 minutes for an elevator. They appeared hard pressed to have people checked out by 10AM. They did work with me on a noon checkout however but the lady at the reception desk didn’t appear to be thrilled about that. My family and I were checked in for 10 days and even though we island hoped a bit, our room was not cleaned a single time within those ten day. Diamond resorts. Never again.

Great customer service. When we called for any assistance, we were helped beyond expectations. All staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile no matter at the front desk or in the hallways.

We enjoyed our four day stay in the Modern. The room was very nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The paid Parking was convenient. The pool looked nice, though we did not use it during this stay. The large wood louvers in the bathroom allowed sound to travel, so not very much privacy in the loo.

Front desk very friendly helpful and quick to bring things to the room. The guys at the travel desk was equally good. As for Food and Beverage well let’s just say it was horrible. The Food Runners were nice. So was the towel guy.

I loved the stay the staff, the area, the room if I ever visit again this will be my stay. Thank u so much to the whole staff !!
