Don’t pick a king studio. They are next to the elevators and you hear them all day. They know how bad they are because they stop them from 10 to 7 am Loved pool. Food.

I had high hopes for this “Modern” Hilton but I was (still am) very disappointed. I look forward to checking out tomorrow. The carpet was not clean and the curtains were falling apart. But the BEST part was (the main reason why I felt compelled to write this review was when we got back to our hotel at 9:30pm after a long day, there was no hot water. Called down to the front desk and that’s when they told me the hot water heater is broken but offered for me to take a time slot to shower next door in another hotel. I did not do this. I will never take my family to another hotel, just to shower, while on vacation. So we all took cold showers. Front desk apologized. But did not offer to make this right whatsoever. We will not return to this place again.

The hotel needed more transparency on prices for different items. Such as $200 for “the club” amenities and the parking garage. Also, the free waters tasted nasty due to coming in cartons. A complimentary breakfast would have been a nice touch for the overall price that the hotel cost.
