Don’t pick a king studio. They are next to the elevators and you hear them all day. They know how bad they are because they stop them from 10 to 7 am Loved pool. Food.

I had high hopes for this “Modern” Hilton but I was (still am) very disappointed. I look forward to checking out tomorrow. The carpet was not clean and the curtains were falling apart. But the BEST part was (the main reason why I felt compelled to write this review was when we got back to our hotel at 9:30pm after a long day, there was no hot water. Called down to the front desk and that’s when they told me the hot water heater is broken but offered for me to take a time slot to shower next door in another hotel. I did not do this. I will never take my family to another hotel, just to shower, while on vacation. So we all took cold showers. Front desk apologized. But did not offer to make this right whatsoever. We will not return to this place again.

Everything was great we stayed in the studio and it was so spacious loved it. We did get these tiny little ants on our table and coffee table half way through the trip but I think that was from the patio door being opened a little too long. Would recommend and definitely go back parking wasn’t bad most of the time.

The room were clean and well kept. The elevators from what I was told are in the process of being renovated. That explains the blue tape to identify the different floors. I stayed there many years ago and they used to have a towel service when guests first arrive. They no loner have it. I think they should bring it back.

Room was spotless, amenities were great. Staff were super welcoming and looked after whatever we needed! Great location out of the hustle and bustle, will definitely be booking again!!

There were odd stains all over the room. Not to mention there is no actual comforter on the bed just two top sheets, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep at night. Additionally, having to pay even more money for parking daily was discouraging when we paid so much for the hotel. However, the location was really good and the views are beautiful and housekeeping was very attentive.
