The Hawaiian Monarch is a secured building that includes a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub, steps away from Waikiki’s shopping, restaurants, nightlife and activities. Take a short stroll to Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, and Hawaiian Convention Center.

This modern studio offers city views and sleeps 2. This unit is located on the 12th floor. Elevators are available.

Bad Customer Service

This situation has been very unpleasant to deal with, and there has been a lot of back-and-forth. I tried to cancel the reservation two days after booking, I was told I would be reimbursed and that the host would call me . However, I still haven't received any reimbursementa nd no one called me. There's a lack of communication, both with the host and VRBO, has been extremely frustrating. They told me I would be reimbursed, but then later claimed I wasn't eligible. It's been a complete mess.
