Enjoy the convenience of central air conditioning, FREE WiFi, cable TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer. One assigned parking stall is also included. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, functionality, and city charm.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.

The unit is nice and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Building is quiet,convenient location access to everything you need. The only negative is the furnishings are in bad shape, particularly the bed and couch. One of the bar stools is. Is he.d together with twine. These should be updated/ replaced immediately

Great location close to mall, bus service, and beaches

Needs maintenance. No hangers in closet. Clothes dryer vent packed solid with lint, vacuum cleaner same - would not pickup until cleaned. Management very helpful but unit should be checked prior to guests arrival. .
