We were really disappointed for a 3.5-4 stars hotel! The room, pool, gym were smaller than we were expected! Parking was awful and we had to pay $35/day to not get a spot or they asked us to park by ambassador hotel, which is at the end of the street! They used the CDC guidelines in order to reduce their service! CDC guideline says:” house keeping must be requested from the guests and not be done everyday”, but their rules says:”house keeping can be requested every 7days”!!! We stayed their for 8 days and we couldn’t get one time house keeping until the last day, based on their rules!!!! You can imagine a hotel in a beach city, how looks like a room after third or fourth days!! We asked them for cleaning after the third day and they rejected, after a negotiation with receptionist, we could get our house keeping on fourth days instead of last day, but anyway we had only one time house keeping during 8 days stay! We had three vacation during last year, which was harder, but the hotel services were much better than this hotel! The amenities of room were in lowest level as the same as maybe one or two stars hotel! They didn’t have even at least an iron in the room. Today, if you go to a 3 stars hotel, they have everything even coffee makers etc, but this “4stars hotel” doesn’t have the basic amenities! Room was very old, drawers were partially broken, bathroom very dirty and old and you could find died bugs everywhere (I have the pictures of everything and can send them to you)
