Love this hotel. Our partial ocean view on the 25th floor seemed more like an upgraded ocean view. We had a panoramic view of the NYE fireworks! From our frirndly front desk clerk who taught me some extra S-pen tips on my Samsung, to Chancen at Security who helped locate my lost Garmin watch, to Estrelita who kept our room so clean - we had an amazing stay. The location of the hotel is central to the beach, International Market, dining and car rental. Perfect vacation spot! Will definitely stay here again.

Incredible beachfront resort with gorgeous outdoor facilities. We had a blast but to be perfectly honest the hotel was being renovated and our room was from the 80s. Of course hotels.com buyers weren’t made aware and were placed in the older rooms furthest from elevators. The place was a fortune over the holidays as expected, but these sorts of things keep happening when I use your service.

The overall experience was wonderful. Room was super clean, staff was helpful in any case, breakfast at the cafe was delicious, and valet was prompt. If there was anything I noticed that was odd, it's that the pool deck towel drop-off was consistently overflowing. Otherwise, I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend based on location and experience.

Room was clean, had a beach vibe and was in a good location where you can walk to the shopping areas. The front desk was nice, helpful in helping me give my package to UPS. Overall great stay, would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area.
