First time staying at an Outrigger property and we were pleasantly surprised!! Conveniently located, connected to Maui Brewing Co, and had a great little cafe & market inside. The lobby was super cute & modern, it smelled nice, and the front desk staff were super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Our room was awesome!!! I booked an ocean view room & I would say it was more like a partial ocean view given the location, but it was still nice! You have to utilize their valet parking if you have a car, which is normally $50/day, but I was lucky enough to get a package for 1/2 price. Overall, great stay! Would absolutely stay again!
Hotel offered continental breakfast. Hawaiian Aroma Caffe had coffee and food was fabulous. Servers were professional as well.pleasant place to stay.

We had an Outstanding time here. The staff was always very courteous and helpful! And a special shoutout to Kiana who made my birthday really special!! She went the extra mile! We will be back!
For the price of the rooms, one is better off booking at one of the hotels right on the water. The person who checked us in was completely unhelpful, did not answer any questions and was sullen and unfriendly. It is a convenient location on the main drag in Waikiki and the room was clean and adequate. But I am doubtful that we will stay here again.
So far, the lady at the front desk could barely be bothered to talk to us while checking in. We didn’t get offered an upgrade and our room AC isn’t working well and is so loud with street noise. On a Wed at 10pm.

Ocean view is of the parking lot, so an ocean of cars not anything else. The parking is a big issue. Have to pay for valet fees but had to self park at overflow lot. Do appreciate the house keeping, thorough and clean. Needed to self fix the blocked drain and the safe needed a reset from the staff.

The noise of the street musicians was so loud every night until past midnight that we couldn’t sleep. Even on the 18th floor it was like the drummer below us (full kit) was in the room next door. No room service. No hotel bar. Tiny overcrowded pool. Parking was full. Gross perfume piped into escalators. When complained about noise they blew us off and didn’t even offer ear plugs or to move us. We had to call the police to enforce the 10:00pm noise ordinance multiple times. Avoid this hotel if you care about sleeping.
Location is good for walking around Waikiki. The noises in hallway made it hard to sleep in.
