We had a great stay at this Outrigger. The hotel is in a great location in Waikiki for lots of eating and shopping. The beach is a bit of a walk across the street and down the access path. The rooms were very nice with a great ocean view. Unfortunately we had issues with our rooms at check in and the billing at check out. We were able to get everything resolved with the involvement of the manager but it was frustrating. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much. Property is 3 star at best. Rooms are clean but nothing extraordinary. Not even a small fridge or real water glasses or cups in the room. Only paper cups.Will not stay at thei property again.

Check-in took 15 minutes as desk agent was focused on answering the phone vs checking in guests. Room was ok- shower had mold and A/C didn’t work well. I’ve stayed at this location before, and had a much better stay.

Hotel rooms were okay, clean and standard two beds, we paid extra for a beach view. I did not like that we could hear our neighbors in the next room through the connecting door, we did not ask for a connecting room and we also did not care to be able to hear their simple conversations. The hotel did not have so many amenities but it was conveniently located and was pretty walkable to restaurants, beach front and shopping. The only parking available is through the valet and it’s $55 a day, no self parking option. Overall, we had a good long weekend stay but hardly spent any time at the hotel.

The only problem I had with this property is that it was not directly on the beach. Otherwise, it was super close to the beach after crossing a very busy road.
