Very old abd run down

Nothing stands out about this property. It is priced lower since it is at the far edge of what is considered the Waikiki area. I think they are doing some renovations of some rooms in my floor and the floor above me

$35 per day parking. Hotel is old and dirty.

I don’t like the parking attendant lady on the hotel she’s mean

My room had a beautiful Mountain View and the room was very clean.

The service and cleanliness of the hotel was great! I'll stay there again on my next visit

Well the pool area was disappointing the pictures look so much better the outside is a little dull but it’s well maintained

It was secure, simple and the price was right for 1 night. There was a squished bug guts in the bathroom, sort of creepy. The floors were dirty my feet were black within a few minutes after showering. No bath tub I really wanted a bath tub. Lastly my lyft driver warned me that the building was “bad”. My experience there was fine no problem with people

Cons: 1. This hotel charges a "resort fee". This is a trick to charge you more while making their rates look lower in hotel listings. 2. This hotel makes you jump through hoops! To use the workout room, you must get a card from the front desk, take that to security, and get a different access card. Want pool towels? You have to sign them out at the front desk. 3. One of the three elevators was out of order. There was a lot of elevator wait time. 4. Housekeeping is stingy. They didn't replace the complimentary coffee after the first day. They won't come back to clean your room if you're in it the first time they come around. They give you shampooing conditioner instead of shampoo and conditioner. 5. Don't even ask to check in early. Pros: 1. Great location. 2. Good value. 3. Good beds. 4. Good WiFi.

The man that checked us in was rude and would not even look up from his phone. When I came to the desk he just slid me papers to complete and when I gave them back he gave me a key. He never looked up. The room had black mold in the shower. We will not be coming back

The photos used to advertise for this hotel, including photos on the hotel's actual website are nothing like the actual rooms. The carpet used to be dark green but is now yellow except where furniture used to be. Furniture not in good condition. First impression was that while visually unappealing it was at least clean, but on my last night there, I found several hairs from someone else (different color) on a 'clean' washcloth. This made me second guess the cleanliness of the whole room.

it is really dirty in the room. you can't imagine how bad the carpet is .

Ok location (google search u end up on bridge).i was disappointed in getting extra charges at check in (resort fees) $25 a day. Also very slow check in process.

Horrible hotel. Dirty, nasty, rude staff, expensive and unavailable parking..

Stains on nearly every inch of the floor which also did not appear to be vaccumed (particles of food/dirt/mud all over), the shower was dirty, found a half empty bottle of gatorade under the bed, ended up only staying one night because we couldn't bear to stay any longer.
