Clean bed and bathroom. No closet to hang clothes. Lack of amenities like no beach towels. Worst thing is they charge to hold your bags. No other establishment charges you.

The room was in very poor condition. In a 5 day stay they did not clean the room once. Holes in the walls, counters and broken door frames. There is no associated parking and the lot next door was $50 a day. We got a noise complaint at noon because we were playing music while getting ready. Front desk never answered the phones when needed. Would not go back.

Second rate hotel. Furniture is all scratched. Walls are dirty. Beds and pillows barely comfortable. Some of this staff is not very nice. Forget about getting a callback from them, since they don’t answer their phone parent. If you don’t ask for cleaning of the room, it’s not going to happen.

Clean room staff was friendly, pool area was nice. ...coffee shop is great skip the store pricey go to the 7/12 food at the restaurant was good over priced. Food truck are good to eat at lots to do with in walking distance. You have to pay $50 per day to park.

The room was not clean, blood stains on bed mattress. The staff was not very helpful. The was no amenities. The pool did not have any towels and the hot tubs did not work. Felt as though we were staying at a low end run down hotel that cost a fortune to stay.

Staff was very rude when we needed towels or had questions. In the five days that we were there they never cleaned the room even after putting the sign on door that we needed cleaning services. The beds were old and very uncomfortable felt that they were falling apart.

Front desk was not so welcoming… lack of friendly smile. Felt like I was bothering their work day. Elevator carpet was dirty as well as hallway. A dead bug was on the carpet hallway for three days. :( The location was excellent n walkable to everywhere. View was super nice too :)

The mattress already had brown stains on it. The mattress was super uncomfortable and all the walls had some dirt on it and just a very unclean experience. Left a day early because my experience was so bad and then they charged me an extra 40 dollars for WiFi and dining which I didn’t need and thought I already paid for everything when booking through Expedia. This place just wants to make money and the experience is very cheap and the blanket feels rough and uncomfortable and unclean. There’s a nice view but they doesn’t do any good when the experience is met with an unfriendly welcome and a dirty place, never going back after trying to leave early they couldn’t do refund after complaining about.

Very fine establishment. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, I can not sing their praises enough. The room was OK, definitely a little dated. However, if you are the type of person to plan on being out all day and just come back to shower and sleep, it is great! About a mile walk to the main Waikiki beach, so be prepares to walk, but the businesses that are based at the hotel are extremely convenient, especially the jeep rental and restaurants. I would indeed book again!
