Liked the location. Did not like the condo, there were no amenities, and never fixed the safe or voice mail. The folding bed is old and needs to be replaced. The condo roominess was exaggerated, it fits five people for sleeping but not enough room for privacy, for luggage, etc. a book full of rules and some outdated information. Maid service on days different than the rule book.

The condo wasn't the cleanest I've rented, but it was not the worst by far. The location is spot on! Great security and inside parking was the icing on the cake. Plan on cleaning a bit when you arrive, but I'd stay again, for sure.

The property was very good, it was safe & secure. The location was also very very good. Good Wifi and had all the facilities.

Free parking, nice view, walking distance to the beach.

The condo location was great in the center of everything but i did not realized that waikiki is a crowded city not to compare to Maui. It was nice that we can walk to the grocery store or restaurant or to the beach and not have to drive. The local were very friendly and helpful

The condo was a little small with dated furniture. The location was wonderful. If you're wanting to stay in the heart of Waikiki It's a Wonderful affordable option!

the location was very convenient, close to everything, the 18th floor was excellent to have the whole view .. the apartment is very well equipped ... the massage chair was an excellent bonus ... the only thing that bothered us a little was the noise from the air conditioning to sleep

Very good location. close to shopping and restaurants. The staff very nice. Will come back again.

Right at the heart of Waikiki. Walking distance to the beach. Very comfortable and convenient. Nice view from the balcony.

Great room, clean, very enjoyable stay. The people were very helpful, free parking space (very hard to find). We definitely will use these condos again, best one yet from all those we tried before.

The pictures on the site are NOTHING like the actual place! The couch is leather and one of our rooms had one with big dent in one part of the seat and what felt like a piece of wood just under the leather on another part to cover a dent. Could not sit on it because it was VERY uncomfortable. The "fully stocked kitchen" had not pan of any kind for the oven in either unit. One unit did not have the start up kit of dish washing stuff it was suppose to have. When reservation was made it said we would have a partial ocean view. There was NO ocean view. Our balcony was unsafe to go out on. The concrete was knocked away from 2 of the railing post. There is assigned parking. We made 3-4 trips back and forth between the garage and the room to make calls because they had not given us a spot and then told us to use one that was already in use! Security was no help at all. We were met with a note on the door to one of the units that we would not be able to use our air conditioner between the hours of 8-430 because of work on the street in front. It had 2 window units. You had a choice, if you sat on the couch the one in living room blew right at your head. If you use the one in bedroom at night it blows right at your head. The sink in one of the bathrooms was backed up which then back up into the washer. Made multiple calls about it about and was never able to use it during the stay. There is more but my space is up!

Awesome views from the lanaii and everywhere in condo. Could just sit there and go nowhere and enjoy the views. Soothing and calming effect, loved it.

The condo unit was moldy and rusty. The only plus was the 2 window A/C units worked. 2 outside doors did not lock. The microwave was ancient and did not work. The ballast was going out in the bathroom light. It was a depressing place to stay in Hawaii.

Good location. Had to get used to minimal staff present. But, good location to Waikiki.

Good place to be if you want to be in Honolulu near the beach and other action. Just a short walk to many things! Rooms were good although not extravagant, views were good. Handy if you want a kitchen and washer/dryer in the room suite so you can save money or just avoid eating out all the time. Pool on roof was nice. Other amenities were lacking or absent. No restaurant, although there are plenty in the area of a wide range. No internet except to plug in the internet cable. WiFi was "present" but completely unusable for all 8 days we were there. Management seemed to be disorganized. They mixed up our rooms and got upset because we didn't contact them later although there apparently was no problem to deal with by then. Strange. The place is undergoing a refurbishing so will be more pleasant in the future. You can at least feel at home there with the kitchen, etc. Good price for the room, too, makes it worth looking into.

For a first time user of condos, I would not recommend this place. The booking was for four, with one room (as in one large room) and all that was given was a bed and cushions for my two children. the web site did not explain the difference very well. When I arrived I was greeted and my name checked off a sheet and told my room was unlocked, and the keys in the room. Nothing was explained about the condo workings, car parking, were or were anything was. When I got to my room there was a sheet of paper to explain a couple things and that was all. As for the room various the cost, draws were broken, door locks on the balcony did not work right and the kitchen smelled like some left food in the disposal for a month. I know for in the future one condo complex not worth going back too.

This was a business trip and the condo was perfect for what I needed. There was only a small issue of getting signed in after 6:00 p.m., but that was resolved and I ended up with a nicer room with a better view of Waikiki than I had expected. This would also be a practical and inexpensive condo for tourists as it is in a convenient location for restaurants and only about three blocks to the beach.
