• Work on this stack of the building is expected to begin in August.
• Balcony access for this unit is anticipated to be restricted from approximately August 25, 2026, through October 30, 2026.
• For everyone's safety, the balcony will not be accessible during this time, and all balcony furniture will be removed.
• These dates are estimates and may change due to weather or construction delays.
• Contractors may occasionally require access to the unit with advance notice. Tentative access dates are August 28, September 11, and September 25. These dates are subject to change by a few days depending on the construction schedule and weather conditions.
• Guests should expect intermittent construction noise throughout the project.
