The hotel was in really bad shape, the balcony was literally locked and we were forbidden to use it as it was falling off, they did nit clean our room for days even after I complain with the reception for days, the breakfast is very low quality. At our arrival with luggage and kids the staff member just came running telling us we could not stop the car and unload the luggage and kick us out. Over all pretty bad only good point it is very well located

I forgot that how much I dislike Marriott hotels. Last time I stayed at one, was 4 years ago I swore I’d never stay at another Marriott hotel. I forgot about that. But now I remember why. $65 for parking per day which is more than most hotels charge (even the Four Seasons is less). Their fees are outrageous for basic service. And if you want an hour late check out, you will get charged. We didn’t check in until 530pm. So to charge $25 for an hour when I was only there for 17 hours total and you can’t do a late checkout? I travel a lot and Marriott used to be my go to hotel but this was a sad reminder why I no longer and will never stay there again.

I had a superb stay at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Honolulu. The location is outstanding, just steps from the beach, and the service was attentive and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the resort's amenities were top-notch, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Waikiki in style.
