Nice location walking distance to beach central location

Friendly staff and clean room. I would definitely recomend and i will be back there soon.

The location was good, close to beach and shopping. Rooms were spacious, but noisy. Stayed twice within a week--once on a lower lever, once higher--in both cases could still hear street noise and people talking and snoring next door. Not much for amenities--sort of a workout room, hard to find outlets to even charge phones. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Would like somewhere quiet where I could sleep.

Property is only a couple of blocks from the beach, which makes it a desirable location. It's not necessarily dirty, but you can tell it is a bit older/out-of-date. The shower stall was super tiny in my cheaper room (Queen, city-facing), but at least the shower head converted to a handheld, which made cleaning up the sand from the beach easier. The pool and hot tub are OK, but the sun did not hit it until about 2PM each day (late March) so the pool was kinda chilly. There are not many other amenities to speak of.

The hotel staff was very nice and so helpful even gave us an up grade room we love it here

All hotel staff very helpful and nice. Easy access to the beach and strip. Free shuttle service to Ala Moana shopping center. Elevator service not very good and I did not feel the extra charges for WiFi, coffee, safe, etc. at $15.71 per day was fair. These should have been included in our room rental. Our room was always spotlessly clean.

Not happy with customer service. Front desk staffs are not friendly.

too many charges, some hotels have free wi-fi connection but not Ohana Waikiki East,, some hotels have no resort fee but not Ohana Waikiki East, some hotels have lower parking fee but not Ohana Waikiki East.

Hotel needs some upgrades. Everything looked old and worn out. Other than that, great loacation and friendly staff.

It provides all the things we asked for in the hotel. Thanks

Air conditioner contact is located outsite the room I have never seen before. Room is small. Noisy, can hear people walk in the hallway.

They put us in a room literally behind the elevators. Everything was old, bed was super uncomfortable. We used the stairs the entire time because elevators took 20 mins to come. I would not stay again.

I loved the room that we got very spacious and very private as well. Our room number was 1000 on the tenth floor! And it was perfect! Right when u got of the elevator we was the first room on your left. One of my favorite rooms and favorite hotel here. (:
