Love this resort property through and through! However the check-in and check-out process is disorganized and slow! I had to call to check-out to save time from waiting in line. Yes there are kiosks for this process but the checkout didnt work for me and i had questions. Finally just called customer service to checkout. Other than this, I'd definitely stay here again!

Staying at the Venetian was great. Spacious, clean room with great views. It was nice to get a couple of texts from management checking in with me while I was there. The layout was easy to get around. Loved that the Palazzo was right there as well as a direct link to the Sphere. Loads of restaurants and cafes to meet any tastes. The Venetian was on my bucket list of Vegas hotels/casinos to stay at and it didn't disappoint.

We booked through Orbitz and it was the biggest mistake ever. The staff at The Venetian Hotel didn’t care about us at all. When we arrived they out us in a terrible handicap room with no shower. They moved us to a different room with a shower but still handicapped except this room had a view of a Wall and a rooftop. They then promised to move us to a room with a pool view and it was worse. We were on the 3rd floor, level with the roof where workers could walk up to our window. So the entire time we were in the room we had to keep the blinds closed. We were told that they gave our room away because we booked through Orbitz. There is absolutely no possible way to reach Orbitz to discuss this. We paid for a room with a city view. We got a room with a view of a wall and a roof. The Venetian didn’t care and would not give us back the difference in the price of the room. We paid $400 a night. This was in Las Vegas and we had no view. DON’T BOOK THROUGH ORBITZ !!!!!!

The rooms were spacious & nice. I didn't like that our room smelled like smoke & also had a sign that read that we wouldn't have water in the room from 11 pm to 6 am. Not good & They gave us a hard time when we pointed these things out. Very disappointed with this... I expected more especially for a nice property like 'The Venetian"!

Loved the updated suite, convenient to shopping and lots of things in walking distance, and easy to catch a cab. Check in area is a little dated, but overall a great hotel!
