The staff was friendly, rooms are clean qnd the process was quick and easy.
We had stayed here before and really enjoyed it so decided to stay again. Big mistake! The staff was rude, the room had mold in the shower, it was like a prison to go to the casino. All in all I won’t stay here again!
Property was somewhat run down. Walls chipped/cracking. It could have been cleaner. It was double the price it should have been considered the condition it was in.
Very cold reception at front desk, didn't tell us ahead they would hold $100 as a deposit, with the card we payed for the room.

This place is a straight dump. Check in and check right out. The room door had looked like the lock had been picked or kicked in. Beds were hard, bedding had rips in it. Was traveling alone with my daughter and she was scared to stay there. Assistant General Manager refused to give me a refund. Don’t stay here!
The toilet in our room did not work properly and the staff was not friendly at all. I would still stay here again because there is no smoking and no gambling on site which I liked.
Lots of people outdoors that weren't guest, keep your cars locked and your valuables in your possession.

Friendly staff and very clean location. We will definitely return if back in the area.
We chose this property because it was one of the few hotels relatively near the airport that had an indoor pool. No one to check us in late at night, had to track down staff. Tv didn’t work, toilet was clogged. Breakfast was pretty meager for a low carver. Scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs. Pool was nice, property a little dated.
When we checked in and first entered our room someone had left the heat blaring. It was easily over 80 degrees in our room and when I spoke to the front desk, unfortunately there were no other rooms available. The staff was very apologetic but their only suggestion was to crank the air and crack the window to allow some of the heat to dissipate. It was after 1am when we checked in so waiting over an hour for our room to become a near reasonable temperature to sleep in was not ideal.

The breakfast was different than what i experienced at other silimar properties. Room was not to the likely of the pictures advertised.
