It was so bad if i could've i would give MINUS rating!! DON'T STAY THERE! LIKE EVER,STAY IN YOUR CAR IF YOU HAVE TO! It was so so dirty i almost puked! As soon as we walked in i noticed how dirty the front lobby was,it haven't been vacuumed in weeks, we checked in hoping the room will be much better, elevator was very sketchy loud and dirty, got on our floor and first thing i noticed was how nasty the carpet in the hallway is,yuck! Opened the room and first was the smell what hit my nose! Weed smell all over the room,lights came on and i was shocked, the room didn't look anything like the pictures! Dirty,bloody stains on the carpet, dirty pillow cases,microwave almost felt on me when i opened it,broken tiles in the bathroom, and it just goes on and on and on! We were on the road for 14 hours and had no more energy to relocate and change hotels. We checked for bed bugs and when we didn't see any we decided to stay but that wasn't the end of it,the room across the hallway was so loud having a party or something we couldn't sleep, there was a guy sitting front of our room on the floor with his phone plugged to the wall arguing with someone for at least 2 hours then finally i got mad went outside to tell him to move somewhere else because we couldn't sleep! Ugh! Also rooms had broken front doors like someone kicked it in,the chairs in the room were so dirty i didn't even wanna sit down and we didn't even take a shower, just nasty nasty place! Stay out of this hotel,

Average. Prepaid for accessible King bed & Kitchen room for 3 nights from 9/11/25-9/14/25. Room reserved wasn't available during check in, but we were assured by the attendant Hudson it would be available the next day. The next day, I was told by the GM Lena that the room was given to another customer and that the accessible Double Queen & Kitchen room I was given is all they had. She insisted that the only thing she could do is offer an apology for my inconvenience and that the queen double is equal. Yikes! I shouldn't have to explain why I was expecting more than an apology but here it goes... I was traveling with my accessiblity needs husband on my birthday 9/11 to go to the Canelo vs. Crawford fight. I would've canceled the reservation and went to another hotel but most was sold out due to the fight. Did not need or want 2 beds. Inconvenienced & disappointed. Awaiting response from corporate.

Great location for a stay near family, convenient to a ton of places in Henderson. The place definitely needs some TLC/refresh though. The staff was really nice, check in and check out were super smooth.
